Absolutely poor service
Do not buy here - absolutely poor service. Ordered a fridge online and waited *3* months instead of the advertised 2 days. While figuring out the delivery, the customer service had not mentioned that the delivery will be to the front door - outside ONLY. No offer was made at any point of the order or the aftermath of sorting out the delivery for bringing it upstairs against extra payment. It only needed to sit inside the door to wait for friends to bring it upstairs in the evening = which meant moving it 1m through the door. How is a woman going to carry a package 4x her size and weight indoors by herself? The driver, young and trained, did not even offer to help, referred to some insurance and just shouted loud in Dutch that this is the kind of 'people' he has to deal with when I complained. Is this Dutch service at it's finest? No it’s the opposite and I don’t think it can get any worse.

Very happy with Keukenloods
I needed a built-in dishwasher delivered and installed quickly. On their website, I got quick help with fit information. The next morning, one of their people called me (I didn't have to call, or pay 1Euro to call or anything). He helped me understand my options and then gave me a newer dishwasher at the same price as the one I was looking at. I explained I needed it installed in just 2 days (by Friday), and he called the installers to arrange that for me (he did NOT send a note to them to call me and arrange something at their convenience). Everything went great. This was exactly the kind of service that sets the bar higher for everyone else. Exactly what I needed.

Best fridge
I always had problems with space in normal fridges with freezer under. Till i found the perfect fridge for my kitchen on this site... I am the most happy mother in the world, with enough space in my fridge for my vegetables and fruits and others.
