Came back from holiday to discover our heating wasn’t working. Emailed them in the morning and someone was with us in the afternoon. Unfortunately the boiler needed a spare part, but our engineer was back two days later to fit the new part.
We also got the boiler serviced and it needed parts replaced.
Our engineer, Jordan Reoch, was polite and efficient.

Call answered promptly and directed to the website, Kev returned the call later that same day. No mucking about, straight to the point.
Appointment made. Part needed on inspection
Returned as promised, within a few days, to fit.
Everything now working.

Boiler serviced in a very professional and friendly way. 10/10 once again.

New oil fired boiler install to existing thermal store.
Job carried out to a very high standard, sorted existing problems with the thermal store and made a very tidy job of the boiler install.
A couple of new radiators also fitted alongside a new oil storage tank.

The company came out first thing on Monday in response to my contact enquiry online. Over the weekend we had a leak and no pressure in the central heating system. The cracked pipe was traced and replaced and the system re-pressurised. Floor coverings which had to be removed were replaced neatly. Great service once again 😊

Contacted Kev after my boiler had broke down. Turned out it was past fixing and needed replacing. At this time of year (January 24) it was a bit of a panic as we were without heating. Within 2 days of contacting Kevin we had a new boiler installed and working. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

Kevin Slessor Ltd did an excellent job of totally revamping our gas central heating system and plumbing, all of which is now operating incredibly well. My engineering background allows me to appreciate the skill involved in the finished product and the professionalism shown. All that for a very reasonable quote, which was in line with the final cost with no hidden extras.

Have used Kevin before and appreciate the issue of a reminder regarding servicing. Don't stay local and had issues with access. Kevin worked around issues with no problems and managed to complete the job when he said he would. Would highly recommend.

Joe arrived on day arranged.Did the service and talked about how fan was a bit noisy . Boiler is getting on in years and we are aware that will need replacing soon. It will be you guys who will be fitting it when time comes.
