keycdn gives 1 credit for new users to test the work. I initially liked this cdn. Easy to understand and works quickly.
When 1 credit was about to expire, I topped up my balance with $50 to continue working with this keycdn. But..... the next day I was unable to log into my account, and all my previously downloaded files were not available via the cdn URL.
No one responds to my messages sent via keycdn.com / contact.
I'm simply shocked by this service.

We had a big problem with our CDN which started to malfunction without notice, despite my various efforts it was impossible to get it back up and running because our host was telling me that it was not blocking any incoming servers, I was desperate but Roger from KeyCDN support contacted my host directly, and in front of a professional who had proof of their malfunction, they did the right thing, and now the CDN is working, so thank you to the Key CDN support team for their involvement and professionalism

I was seduced by KeyCDN, because it was one of the most popular CDN in my mind.

Also, the price seems competitive, and most of all, the inbound approach, with the "KeyCDN Tools" showed me, in front, that this company can develop Awesome reliable products.

After using KeyCDN for months (since mid-2021), I can say as an hosting provider (french market: EasyHoster), that the performances and the reliability of the KeyCDN are legit!

The admin interface is very simple.

Thanks to Roger for my last resolved issue (my mistake)… resolved in a couple of hours! Just sending a mail! Now my images are showed in HD in Google Images, thanks!

Image optimization with webp conversion works really well. My webpages are very light.
The platform is easy to understand.
The support replies quite fast and it is helpful solving issues.

I have 2 store site on internet. When i run Google Ads, they said my site have very low Google Speed Score! I fixed and continue fixing my site but nothing evolved!!! All changed when i know and use KeyCDN. My Google Score increase to double!!! Can you belive that? What more i can say? "Thank you! KeyCDN!" I hope you guys find this tool and use as soon as you can, it'll very very very helpful for you site!

After subscribing, I had a trial of 14 days, first day I needed some help for getting connected. Corey helped me well with this.

After connection was done we saw that our gtmetrix score dropped from 91% to below 40-50. They suggested to install an plugin. Which I did, but I asked before installing if it wouldn’t crash the site because of 2 same plugin. No answer! I installed it! Later on I checked gtmetrix again it was little improved to 60.

I still didn’t get any response for hours. And then I checked my site I saw that my whole site was crashed and mixed up.

Then again I received an email that the trial was ended. “The so promised 14 days trial.”

I send a mail, received a mail back that it was ended. Since then no more message from them.

I told them in my mail I would become a good aid member if it works. Why pay for something it doesn’t work. The crash costed me more money than the subscription would cost the whole year.

1 star is too much.

We set up our new site on a development domain and actually went with RocketCDN as a part of WP Rocket. When we migrated it the CDN stopped working with expires headers. We could have one or the other but not both.

RocketCDN support was a slow joke. So we had a live site with performance faults and 5 days after launch with one useless email a day we we not getting any closer to resolving the issue.

I had previously tried Cloudflare but their site would not validate our DNS changes. It just kept saying it's in the queue but it was frustrating to not be able to force that to happen.

I tried KeyCDN. Set up was easy. As was the alias- The free trial is really fair and useful. giving $1 credit over 14 days is more than adequate. It has speed benefits over RocketCDN. Maybe up to 100ms per page depending on location. Every little helps.

The UI is excellent and there are ample parameters rather than trusting it to work optimally. It tells you when the CDN is deployed too.

We did not choose KeyCDN on a cost basis but being able to see the amount of data we are moving. It is going to be cheaper than RocketCDN initially too. I have now upgraded the account. Reading here others' good experiences with customer support also gives me confidence

I have been working on my site quite a bit recently and run into a few roadblocks but a simple email to KeyCdn and all solved. These guys are fantastic, and their customer service is as good as any! Easy price structure, well documented web site, quick admin interface, first class technical support... and ofcourse a very fast CDN.

They even helped me with a WordPress page builder bug that was to do with a third party plug-in rather than anything to do with KeyCDN!

I have used Keycdn for over 5 years to deliver exercise videos fast. I chose them after testing many many cdn and when I tested keycdn was always the fastest and their pricing is very fair. My only comment is that for a tech moron like myself the website UI takes a little bit of thinking to navigate it but overall. I have been very happy with them.

I originally chose KeyCDN because I was looking for a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that wasn't priced as high as the others. I've since grown to like them even more for how easy it is to use their very nice on-line system and the great support I received when I was a little confused on how to integrate a CDN into my websites. However, thanks to Corey holding my hand through all my questions and set up, my websites were up and running (very quickly I might add) in just a few minutes after I sent my first request for help. Thanks, KeyCDN for a great service!

I have nothing but good things to say about KeyCDN. For starters, when I first was getting set up my site had issues. Corey, and the other support staff were Johnny on the Spot with responding to me lightning fast. They quickly assessed my issues and provided very clear, understandable steps I was to take to resolve my issues. Because of that my initial issues were resolved quickly.

Later on my site crashed and I was trying to make a determination as to what the issues were. Corey also responded quickly and helped me to narrow down my issues.

So, Key CDN is, what I consider, to be a top tier company with outstanding support. What that means is that when I contact contact Corey or any other team member I receive a prompt response which is written in professional level English and communicated clearly. What that tells me is that KEY CDN does not skimp on it's support efforts and hires associates that care about their customers and have the skill sets to deliver tangible, and legible answers that can be understood by their customers.

I will also add that KEY CDN's online user platform is very sleek, clean, and really easy to implement for those of us who really don't know much about implementing content delivery networks. Their pricing is very reasonable and I've been pleased with the results.

So, I think it is highly worth your time to consider Key CDN when trying to boost the speed of your wordpress website.

I have found KeyCDN to be an excellent, reasonably priced CDN. I also make extensive use of their Cache Enabler plugin for WordPress, which offers high performance and simplicity. The couple of times I needed support, it was fast, helpful and friendly.
