Key CDN is great service and the price is really affordable for any service provider. If you want to increase the availability of your content and help boot your search engine rankings, KeyCDN is a must.

Nowadays having a slow website is a business killer, you must help your business by making it available fast to anyone in the world. The dashboard and the management of the zones and the zone aliases is really easy. Also the integration with Wordpress is really fast because of the plugins mantained by KeyCDN.

I can only recommend KeyCDN, as they are the best for my usage. I am a hobby webmaster and the features what they offer are the newest and all with affordable and clean pricing even for low volume traffic. Lot of integration help, support and documentation, how to use guides are great and clear for everyone.
Absolutely satisfied, will stay with them for sure! :)

Pros:

- I fancy keycdn more over the competitors especially because they allow you the flexibility to use however much traffic you like and you pay for what you use. It's very fair logic, you get visitors you pay.
- Good worpdress integration documentation and general knowledgebase articles
- Blazing fast speeds
- Ability to map your cdn servers to your domain cname (eg: cdn.yourdomain.com)
- Very fast support replies via email

Cons:

- Maybe the minimum credit buyin should be a little lower, if this will happen I don't see how the competitors would keep up with KeyCDN.

Overall, I am satisfied with their service and the way my website is handling traffic after 1 year of using KeyCDN service.

KeyCDN offers many features like as HTTP/2, Let's Encrypt SSL, etc. without any additional cost. They also have a lot of great documentation on their knowledge base.

The speed is great for Asia region.

My organization has been using KeyCDN for a year now and we are impressed by the quality of the service and all the features included in the lowest price in the market. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a CDN. Stop searching for one, this is the one.

Their support is very responsive to any questions I've had - even if they weren't strictly about their service. Never saw any performance issues.

One should be aware how their credit system works but once you wrap your head around that it's really very straightforward and I found I would pay more at most competitors.

I'm a big fan of their LetsEncrypt integration.

The CDN service works fine, easy to use and set up and it has a fairly attractive price model. The only reason I'm scoring them 2 is because of their shady 'business model' which can only be described as highly questionable and definitely puts me off using them going forward.

Here are the three main problems I have with them:

1. Credits expire after 1 year. This is ridiculous when they are not refundable and the minimum payment is $49.

So if your site is relatively small you're basically just overpaying like crazy for the service - how's that a business model?

2. Bribing customers for reviews. When I raised a query about why my available credits had gone from $18 to $0 overnight I was advised credits only last 1 year, but they would make an exception this time if I wrote a review here and on some other site.

So this is what I'm doing, I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they change this highly questionable policy.

Mind you the minimum payment was 29 a year ago when I joined, now it's 49 so I can throw even more money away is fantastic.

Update: After publishing this review my account was suspended. So, yeah. Don't do business with these.

KeyCDN works as promised and comes with extensive documentation for both basic and advanced usage. There is one downside, purchased credits do expire. Only expect this to be an issue with low yearly bandwith usage.

Tested keycdn and encountered a problem setting up my Zones. Couldn't contact support because you have to have a premium account for that option to be available ( pay minumum $49 in credits ). Posted to their forum about my problem and they closed my account there.

Warning Your credits will expire!

I've found this a pretty good product and was using it for some products, especially their usage based pricing model seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. But well hidden, there is a clause which does let your credits expire - In my case a significant amount of credits did expire and as I did have a credit card on file, they immediately charged my credit card with a significant amount of new credits.

I know I should have read their terms better, but even though I contacted them the day the charged my credit card they were absolutely unhelpful in resolving this matter. So now they do have some money from me again, which is set to expire ...

I sincerely regret having recommended this company to friends before ...

Response to your answer on 2018-10-18: This information should go on your "Buy Credits" page and not in the very last paragraph on your pricing page, more than one screen height below your call to action. The "Buy Credits" page doesn't mention anywhere that the credits do expire.

And to be clear - no I'm not coming back - I would rather pay one of your competitors 10 times the money than working with you again.

I have been using them for a long time, but a few days ago I got this email that my money in my KeyCDN account would EXPIRE if I did not send more money to the account.

Newsflash guys, money should NOT expire and there is no way I would send you even more money to "expire" whenever you feel my money is no longer valid.

Enjoy the few cups of coffee my money will buy you, I migrated my sites right after getting this email.

I sincerely regret recommending them to my friends and I have contacted the ones I know took my advice and signed up - warning them not to deposit any more money in this pit.

I love the fact that Secure Token is available at no extra cost. I used to pay a lot for this extra feature...
Content delivery is fast and reliable. I also like their traffic pricing.

I've been using KeyCDN for quite a while now and I'm happy with it.
I really like the transparent pricing model. They just launched a new POP in Australia. I also like the feature Custom SSL, this allows me to upload my own certificate.
