I ordered a recording product from the Rock Palace website in the afternoon and was delivered follwoing so am very pleased! Great service and one I will not hesitate to recommend to friends!

Got an electric drum kit, delivered in perfect conditions and working perfectly for over a month now. The delivery was a bit confusing though; the website showed it available at the local store, so I planned to be home at the expected time. I had no news about it so I called and they told me that it was not available and had to be brought from abroad. My advice: call to confirm availability beforehand.

My order, American strat and Superchamp X2, came within a week, even though the strat was not in stock. Response to questions from Rock Palace was very good.
Order arrived in perfect condition and I am totally satisfied with the service from RP.
The one problem I had was with delivery. I was watching the track and trace from Post NL and all of a sudden the delivery was on it´s way. They don´t give you any advance warning so you can make arrangements to be home. You don´t even know which day it is coming until the last minute. According to them you have to be home to sign for it, but they left mine with a neighbour. Luckily there was no damage!
Anyway I have what I wanted and I am HAPPY!

It was a gift we had to go down town and spend 120 more to make sure we had on for her birthday. The one we got from you i have not opened yet but i will keep for me if i ever get well i enough to use it. I'm looking to buy a les paul and 335 and hope to make to your store soon.

My order was delivered to Finland quickly enough and everything went like you'd expect. Rock Palace saved me some money as the item I purchased was sold for less than in any other store that I could find. I would shop there again.

the guitar is great, but the shipping/ delivery took too long, almost two weeks for The Netherlands is way too much
