Great product, ridiculously slow delivery.
When I ordered the equipment, I had attempted to buy it in the store in The Hague, which was closed on Mondays. So instead I decided to order online based on your website's promise of 2 day free shipping. I ended up having to wait multiple weeks for the order to arrive. The product is great and is exactly what I wanted, I just wish your website had more clearly defined my delivery expectations.

Excellent customer service.
It took a while for the bass to arrive, but it was due to the manufacturer's schedule. My inquiries were answered quickly. The guitar itself arrived within a week after the delivery of a new batch.

Good service, a bit slow delivery
It has been a good experience dealing with Rock Palace.
I hoped that the guitar I wanted was cheaper, but it is a very hard to find guitar and belongs to a limited edition.
I found the delivery a bit slow, but I am from a different country in Europe.
I recieved the guitar in perfect state.
In short I am satified with the service and the information given in the process.

Customer Service at its best
I purchased a Marshall Haze Stack and unfortunaltely the head did not work. It has been twice repaired and finally I got a different head. But every time the communication of the Rock Palace Team was awesome and excellent, I would buy again in the Netherlands. THX Team.
