The keymusic store in rotterdam is one of the coolest stores I've seen in holland! So much variety in instruments and helpful advice from staff who are each experts in their field. Bought all my producer gear there and regularly have chats with the staff there about studios and music. Lets be honest they've pretty much become my consultants! Really personalized service and friendly smiles all the time there!

ordered a guitar in the store. when i went to pick it up, the whammy-bar was missing. they assured me they would send it to me. that was 6 months ago!!
my emails are not answered and i was unable to get anyone on the phone about this.
cherry on the cake: they sent me an invoice saying that i didn't pay the full price of the purchase, which is ridiculous. why would they ask me to pay less than the actual price at the store and then hand me the item?
i understand that covid messed up some things but 6 months! and there's no excuse for not communicating with your customers.

Terrible service desk and awful reparation service.
I bought a reloop mrx 60 dj mixer. In 1 year i had to send it back to reparation and yet is still not working properly. I had to wait very long time to have a response and to have my mixer back after reparation. Now i have to send it back for the third time and Keymusic does not want to guaranty for a replacement for the product. I feel so sad that i bought my mixer from this store.

I do not recommend . Prices are not lower than those of competitors, waiting for the order also very long. I also had situations where I bought products online were in stock, after which I get information by calling them that everything will be delivered this week. After two days I find out that the product I bought is not available. I have been waiting 10 days for other goods. Because the company will not send products until I pay the difference, and on the invoice I received from the amount that I have to pay for that payment within 14 days. Of course, I had to call them and find out something was going on.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I knew Keymusic as a physical store in Utrecht, where I had always had a good experience. So I didn't think twice about ordering online during the pandemic. Unfortunately after more than a month I still don't have the item I ordered. First they sent me a completely different piece (which took two weeks to arrive). Then when I complained about it they said they would send me the actual item I had ordered, but two weeks later I am still waiting for it. POSTNL has no idea where the object is and Keymusic hasn't responded to my last email about the issue. Finally they messed up and sent me an invoice with no BTW, which is bad for me since I adhered to the small business scheme (KOR) and I don't file BTW taxes anymore. Now I will have to file just for this stupid order. I sent them three messages about it and they ignored the first two. They refused to amend my invoice saying it was made in Belgium, but I ordered on their online store, not specifically from a Belgian store. I don't care that the item was in Belgium, it should not matter at all since the company operates both in Belgium and in the Netherlands. And I live in the Netherlands. I am never ordering from Keymusic again and I will tell all my musician friends.
Stock listing online is a lie
Bought a guitar and accessories. Every item was listed as in stock and ready for a next day delivery if ordered before 5pm, which I did and which was one of the reasons I chose that specific guitar.
Instead they informed me that 2 items, the goddamn guitar itself and a pick holder, were actually not in stock at all and I’d have to wait at least 2 weeks for a scheduled delivery.
Bought a piano and a piano stand
Bought a piano and a piano stand, website said in stock, but actually not, need to wait one month, after one month of waiting, I asked again, but need to wait 3 MORE MONTHS.
Asked for refund for the piano stand(as they only have the piano), so they said they will send the piano.
Few days later, no news about the piano. I asked again, they said they placed the wrong order(Piano + piano stand)....
I am speechless.
P.s I ordered the piano stand from Bxx Mxxxx, and I got it the next day.

Very stressful helpdesk and transaction to think they are the biggest music store in Belgium. Misleading information from people who should know better than the customer.
Ridiculously long delivery times, extremely unhelpful help desk
I am waiting for a delivery of my order for 4 months now, and there is still no indication of estimated delivery time.
Help desk doesn't give me any updates whatsoever. All they say is "we will call you back as soon as we know something". Of course, no one calls back even if the time frame for a call was specified.
I understand the delivery problems and delays might not be a store's fault. But the communication is the worst I have ever experienced. I have literally worked with Chinese sellers who were dozens of times better than Keymusic.
To sum up: if you're buying in the physical store - go for it. But if you are ordering, or, god forbid, pre-ordering something online, avoid at all costs.

Scam
I asked for a product availability and they told me that his supplier have it in stock.
After i've done the money transfer they told me that in fact the model i have paid is no longer produced and wanted to sell me another model instead.
When I ask for refund they told me that they are very busy so i'will have to wait to get my money back.
Buy at your own risk.

Good service, but be careful with the address details.
At first, some of the address details I provided were not taken into account. Due to that, the postal service could not find my company and the item was sent back to the central storages.
On the other hand, after just two phone calls to explain the situation to the KeyMusic logistics employee, the item was sent back, arriving quite quickly (just a 2 days delay, not a big deal).
Finally, the price I got was very competitive, even better than those from a well known German store.
Have bought very often from the physical store, and will come back to both the physical and internet stores for future musical needs.
Very good choice
I start using keymusic recently and I am very happy with them!
- They answer any questions in 24 hours maximum. In my case I have a "green line" to a consultant that is very attentive and provides great feed back. He is passionate and love helping customers.
- Their site is quite ok, and if any info is missing they reply your question(s)
- Their stock is very good. If they don't have it they bring it to you within 2-3 days. It was the case for me on one product.
- Never used their return policy but as they reassured me I trust it's a strong point as well.
- Very competitive prices. They offered me better price than I could find on the market for a particular order where I particularly asked.
- Never asked them to deliver because I picked up. They claim that they are very fast with it.
- A big plus for the care of the customer. I was checking high end guitars and amps and they were very nice to take care of all my needs. I can think of at least one major guitar shop in Germany that preferred orientation toward box guitar and left the high end section aside because it doesn't make enough money.
They have several shops in Belgium of which I like best the one in St Niklas. The Brussels one I like least but it is a matter of business choice ... cannot have a lot of comfort in Brussels so for a better experience try the other location. I would not say that Brussels personnel is bad but they have a rather limited space.
