Great capo!!,cable and strings

You were so friendly when we called and the e-mail messages with the offer you sent us were very useful.
You also helped our family when they visited the store in Sint-Niklaas, and finally we're so proud to be your customers and we appreciate Key Music very much.

There are three things that I would change about Rock Palace customer service:
1. Credit card payments carry a surcharge. If you plan to pay with a credit card you'll probably end up paying more for your gear than in your local shop.
2. Terms threaten customers with legal actions unless they don't obey. I would rewrite them and avoid legalize as much as possible.
3. Although I am an international customer I am receiving mails in Dutch language. Add an option somewhere in the customer profile that this customer prefers English.

I paid my order in cash in advance, received my order a month later than promised - no apologies... A gift card worth a few EURos would have made me to make my next purchase from Rock Palace - now I am not so sure.

I bought two guitars and the service and communication have been formidable. The shipping was very detailed and timely. Keep it up because customers really value this type of service. A greeting. Laura

And the delivery could not have been faster!

I ordered the KRK Ergo and received immediately an Email with all the details about the transaction. I transfered the Money and got a few days later the information that the money had arrived an that the shipping will be shortly ahead. About 4 days later the Ergo was shipped and another 2 days later it was at its new destination, my Studio. It was the first time, that I ordered something from the Netherlands, i myself am sitting in south Germany, and i would do it again anytime. So, five Stars.

De service van rock palace is super omdat als je in het weekend van 31-3-2012 iets bestelde via internet je 5%korting kreeg. Beetje jammer dat niet lukte.. maar na 1 mailtje hierover heb ik binnen een hele korte tijd het verschil terug gestort gekregen. Dat zie je niet vaak meer..

Bought my son a new guitar. He saw it on line late one saturday & I ordered it & it arrived by the following saturday in time for his birthday so a very happy boy!

I orderder a Squier vintage modified surf stratocaster. Cheapest price and lowest shipping i could find out of the major European guitar stores. The guitar arrived in perfect working condition from Holland to Sweden in four working days. No problems, and I'm happy with both the service and the product. The guitar is actually excellent.
