Great product bought, fast service, but the wrong amount was taken off my account.
I ordered a TC Electronic Hall Of Fame pedal, advertised on the website for the special price of 115 EUR, which is way cheaper than other big shops in the NLs and Germany. The product arrived within a couple of days and I am very happy with it. Only complaint is that they took 119 EUR from my account! I know it's still cheap, but I bought for 115 EUR and was expecting to pay that amount. How is this possible? It doesn't happen when I buy from other shops.
So, I couldn't give it 5 stars, sadly.
I must compliment Rock Palace, though, being one of the best value music shops around. Please sort out the problem I have mentioned, because it will chase customers away.

Perfect service, fast delivery
The website displayed the 'M-audio fast track pro' as sold out. After a call to the store, they could tell me that a new shipment was due to arrive and that I could just order it. Great service and no annoying automated phone or waitingmusic.
After my payment I received the package very fast and I was well informed about the status of my shipment. (Maybe too informed, I got so much emails!)
One thing that bothered me: The emails lacked page make-up. It was just a boring e-mail full of words and disclaimers. Page make-up would make it easier to immediately see the most important information.
A second thing was the weblink I got to trace my package with TNT. It didn't work.
