Company sells temporary or one off licenses. If you format and reinstall your PC/Laptop you have to buy a new license.
This is a type of scam.....stay away.

We're very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your recent order with us. We can assure you that the license you selected in your order is the full genuine license. As stated in the particular license description it is valid for 1 PC for the lifetime of the operating system. The license is unfortunately not transferrable as transferrable licenses cost considerably more.
I have just purchased a Windows 10 key and I am very pleased with the service I received. The payment process was quick and easy, and within minutes of sending proof of payment, I received an email with an image of the key. The instructions included in the email for downloading and creating the media were concise and to the point.
