Clear and concise advice on lending policy which made the process stress free and prompt. James Harding was particularly helpful in guiding us through to getting an offer.

Yet another case introduced by me to Keystone has just completed. There are numerous Lenders offering products in the Residential Investment Market but the reason I so often return to and recommend Keystone is that they are prepared to 'think outside the box' rather than just being 'box tickers'. They are easy to communicate with at all stages of an application and are always prepared to listen. If there is a hiccup on the journey to completion, Simon Jones (the Senior Business Manager for the South East Region) is quick to help and he is very happy to talk through an application before I start the time consuming task of uploading it; what more could a Broker ask for? Their products are competitive but, most importantly for me and my Clients, they get the Deal done.

Huge thank you to the Keystone Team!
We had 3 applications underway back in September for purchases of 3 flats in the same block. After a change of circumstances caused everything to be re-jigged, we had a real struggle getting things over the line but if it wasn't for the team involved we wouldn't have gotten our completion today.
Huge thank you specifically to Kevin Meredith, Morgan Barnes and Mark Deboo for their assistance throughout - a genuine credit to the Keystone team!

Thank you Keystone.
Great service from the sales team through to the completions team!
Another tricky case, completed in record time with equity used as the gifted deposit!
If you say yes to a Mortgage application you stand by your initial decision which gives me and ultimately my clients peace of mind!

Good customer service from Keystone when doing this product transfer, but a fairly convoluted process compared to other lenders. Could be made much more streamlined like other lenders.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to Mark Hindmarsh who has been always super helpful when contacted.
You have always been at the other end of the phone/email when we needed you. You are always kind and ready to clarify lending criteria, resolve any issue, etc.
In fact, a few months ago you managed to get an exception agreed on a Ltd Co application when we thought it was a non-starter! Thank you so much.

My mortgage expired by few days due to solicitor delay. Key stone cancelled and renewed the contract with additional 500£ and further higher interest rate.no sympathy at all even for few days.
I have decided not to do any further property investments in future as lenders can be difficult.

Probably the worst financial organization I have had ever dealt with, not sure how they are in business. Held up (and nearly collapsed) the entire property chain for almost 3 weeks as we were awaiting 'verbal sign off' when all documentation was already signed off and approved. Their solicitors were rude and extremely unresponsive to everyone involved in the process. They are completely oblivious to all real life impacts that their delays caused - changing of dates for removal companies, amending time off at work etc. Please avoid at all costs, do not use!!

It would be a difficult case for some, but not for Keystone. They were absolutely amazing. Amina, Mat, Moises, and the rest of the team - thank you so much.

Completed on a case with Keystone and could not have done it without the help of our BDM Mark Grogan. Always goes that extra mile to make a difficult case less difficult!!

I just completed a case for a Limited Company buy to let with Keystone and I was amazed at the way everyone rallied around to make sure we crossed the finishing line. Simon Stone, my BDM was exceptionally good because the solicitors were at first slow, but Simon got everyone going!. On to the next one!!!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Phillip Spacey and his team. Phillip has been super helpful throughout the whole application process on 5 pretty complex cases. You have always been at the other end of the phone/email when I needed you. You took ownership, you resolved issues, communicated good and bad when many would have run a mile. Thank you, great job.

Excellent dealing with Mark Grogan who's years of experience make him really knowledgeable, pragmatic and sensible. It all makes for a very smooth customer experience.

Simon and his team were a fantastic help with a recent case of mine. It was refreshing to have a lender look at the case on it's merits and deliver an outcome that myself and my client could walk away from happy!

Another excellent experience with Simon Jones. This is the second mortgage I have placed with Keystone - they are particularly helpful, efficient and communicative. I will be back

Matt Osbourne when out of his way to get this deal over line, although at first the case didn't exactly fit criteria, but due to the strength of the case Matt & Moises presented the case to the senior team where we got an exception. Nice to work with a lender who isn't black and white and can see a good opportunity. Myself and my client where very happy with the outcome

They amended their initial mistake.
Original Review:
"I had my mortgage initially agreed with them in May. Outside of the usual hold ups it was going fine. when it came to last few days before completing, their in house solicitors submitted 2 a4 pages of questions to my solicitor delaying the completion date significantly. we were now 4 months since initial agreement of purchase and only now are they submitting their questions. we then answer all those questions and with days before the expiry of the mortgage looming they then submit another round of questions. so now the mortgage expires because of their lack of engagement, meaning i am forced to pay £500.00 or call off the whole thing. i extended and reluctantly paid even though the fault lay completely with keystone and their solicitors, which will now mean i have until october to finalise. I am now half way through September and on the day of the new completion date they have now submitted more questions. and so on goes the never end of drip feeding questions. I genuinely believe they have never done this before and all other reviews are fake. they are not a 4.6 star company in the slightest. i only gave them 2 stars because i don't believe 1 star reviews are taken seriously."
Update:
Following a great talk with Mark at the Keystone Complaints department he agreed that there was nothing I could have done about the delay to the application and refunded me the £500 fee. This is obviously great news for me and Mark is a credit to their company. However, this issue should never have been an issue and it shouldn't have taken me to submit a review on Trust pilot for it to be reviewed, especially since the broker had originally tried to argue the case for why i shouldn't be getting charged the additional fee back in July. Having said that, they did amend the initial mistake and refunded me, so hats off. Thank you Keystone.

We have used Mark/Keystone for some of our complex buy to let cases where the deal structures are unusual. The underwriters are good at getting their heads around what I would call Corporate issues. Definitely a notch up from the 'tick box' lenders

We used Keystone for one of our trickier cases, from start to finish Simon and the team made sure the process was smooth, and they were quick to get the case to offer. Their expertise was invaluable, we have a very happy customer, and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again! Thank- you Simon and the team!
