Keytours, specifically Esin Soydemir, provided me with the planning and support needed for a superb European adventure. The hotels were top notch with excellent breakfasts and front desk support. The transfers were adequate and where there were issues, Keytours was there to resolve them. The excursions were the best!

The agent Vicki Sachs did a great job putting this FIT trip together. It was the local guide and car that the clients were somewhat disappointed about.

I had my reservations on the trip because there were many moving parts. The trip started in Paris with visits to Barcelona and Rome. All plane rides from the US and planes between European countries went without a glitch. All the transfers to and from hotel and to and from visiting sites went smoothly. Everything was properly planned and excecuted. The hotel selection was superb. All activities, transfers,and guides used we're highly professional, knowledgeable and well spoken. I have not a single complaint about the entire experience.

Mother and Son just came back from London on a package that was pieced together by Vicki. They had a great time and really liked all the hotels and tours with driver/guide that we had set up. Favorite hotel was The Bath Priory Hotel. All the guides/drivers were on time and very good. Only issue had nothing to do with Key Tours was it took them 4 1/2 hr to clear customs in London, so make sure you give your clients plenty of time.

Although there were initial bumps the trip was excellent! The delays were airline related. All tours & hotel accommodations were exceptional.
