I just wanted to thank Tuba and Keytours for their excellent help with our recent trip to Turkey. This trip was to take place two years ago just when the pandemic hit.Now two years later we were finally able to complete it. Throughout that time the company kept us informed of our options and provided us with the necessary land vouchers and airline information for when we were ready to fly. Tuba was fantastic with helping us as we were flying from Canada which made things a bit more of a challenge. I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly recommend a trip to Turkey. It is a beautiful country rich in history and culture.The people are warm and welcoming and the shopping is phenomenal too !!!

Vicki was very helpful with putting together our tours despite our changes and one almost last minute add. She wa a prompt in her reposes and really tried to get us the tours and the times that we wanted. We did not end up doing our flight and accommodations through Keytours, since we had already gotten those things prior to booking/planning for our tours so we booked the tours separately through Keytours. In the future I would definitely want to book all of our itinerary through this company, great job!

Osman at Keytours did an excellent job on helping me plan a complicated 5 country European itinerary for a Christmas Markets 2021 customized vacation. There were a lot of moving parts and everything went very smoothly, my clients had a wonderful time!

I have just returned from an 11 day Turkey tour with Keytours Vacations. From the start through the finish this trip was amazing!! Our guide, Unluer Kocan, and our driver Ishmael were so kind, so helpful, and so fun! They truly made our experience wonderful!
Our favourite days were in Capadoccia. Staying in the cave hotel was a magical experience and the ballon ride at sunrise was a once in a lifetime experience!
Osman was my advisor and he was so knowledgable. He is capable and filled with many good suggestions which made our trip even better. I would not hesitate to recommend Keytours Vacations and will definitely be traveling again with them soon!

Absolutely wonderful! And to be specific, it was more enjoyable than we anticipated for a number of reasons. First, we can only imagine how much effort was required on your part to change the dates when the passport expiry concern came to light …negotiating with hotels and airlines and the tour company to get us the best terms and reduce our losses, and we thank you so much for that!

The resulting new package was marvelous, however! Starting in Athens was a most excellent beginning, especially with the extended stay.

If the vacation ended in Athens, we would have been satisfied at that point. But then, off to Santorini!

We are excited about repeating much of what we did here next year! Starting again in Athens, but concluding in Corfu.

This was my first time using Key Tours although as an agency we use them often. Great experience, Osman went above and beyond to help my clients and provide great service and a great itinerary. They were very happy!

I want to thank Esin with Keytours Vacations for putting together an amazing travel experience for my group of 25! They had the time of their lives! Everything was done in 1st class! We had a very good trip with Key Tours from start to finish. Osman helped us set up the trip to suit ourselves and customize it to allow extra time. He was patient and willing to adjust schedules, etc to fit our needs.
In the Baltic countries, we had Janius as our guide. Excellent! Again, he went out of his way to help us meet the requirements for the Covid protocols. As we had some issues with trying to get onto our phones or ipad, he actually assisted with his own phone to get in place the questionnaire for Latvia and the appointment for our covid test to get back to the US>
The hotels we stayed in were high quality and all were within walking distance of the Old Towns so we could get out and about on our own when it suited us. Janius was wonderful with his information and guiding us around the cities and into the countryside. We did the optional tour to Trakai which was well worth the time. We drove from one capital to the next via bus and had stops en route. He made these stops very interesting and informative (rather than just a break in the drive). We stopped at the Hill of Crosses between Vilnius and Riga and that was fascinating. We also stopped at the Rundale Palace which was interesting to compare it with other castles and palaces from the aristicratic households. In Latvia we did the optional trip to the National Park and that visit, along with seeing the countryside was lovely. Between Riga and Tallin we stopped at the seaside resort of Parnu and enjoyed walking around the beach and downtown area. All of the Old Town areas of the 3 capitals were great to see. To us it was amazing that it had been only 30 years since they gained their independence from the Soviet Union. Many of the places seemed more like "Western" Europe than we had expected.
One of the good things about going with Key Tours is that you can customize it to your needs. You can have them include as much of the "optional" choices as you want or do more on your own. You can also pick and choose as you go along (at least, we could). You do have to manage your own luggage as far as getting it to your room and down, but since we didn't take all that much, that was no problem.
