Very pleased with the ring purchased and customer service was amazing. I reached out after ordering about potentially getting the ring sooner than their website said production time would take so I could propose on a trip we had coming up. Their team emailed back within minutes saying they would do everything they could to make it happen and the ring arrived 2 days before we were set to leave. Overall a great experience and my now fiancé loved it so much I’m sure Keyzar is where we will be ordering a matching wedding band from as will.

My only wish is you offered some sort of partnered maintenance plan that could be used locally. Or send a note or a section on how to take care of the ring.

Unreal customer service they did absolutely everything they could to help in my situation. They handled it perfectly. I needed the ring faster due to a family members illness coming to a quick and abrupt end where we were not going to be able to have her join our engagement. They expedited my order and got it there with no extra charge, and helped me out of the good of their hearts. The day after we got engaged… my grandmother passed. Had they not gotten that ring there when they did her would’ve missed it. Thank god for them. I will recommend and sing their praises as long as I can. There is not a single bad thing to say about this company. Ring was perfectly beautiful as described and packaged great quick communication, everything. Why can’t every company operate like this?!
