The support team was very responsive and the responses felt very personalized and like the person on the other end really cared. I had a few questions about my order and the whole thing felt very genuine and one-on-one. I had a really positive experience purchasing a lab-grown diamond engagement ring from Keyzar.

I ordered a platinum setting, and the production time was faster than I expected — it took less than three weeks to be made, and it was shipped and delivered before Christmas, which was a huge plus for me.

Purchased a band for as a Christmas gift on Nov. 24th 2025. Received a band on Dec. 4th. Except it wasn’t what I ordered. They shipped platinum and I ordered 14k White Gold. They were quick to respond that they shipped the more expensive platinum. Thanks, but not what I ordered and needed 14k White. Shipped it back, and they said “they’d do their best.. I emailed on Dec 18th and even suggested that we can switch to a different style if that would help. Nope.. we are working to get it to you. Well, here I am on Dec 24th with no ring. Beyond disappointed.

I did not have a chance to deal with anyone direct, but the site, selection, text communication on updates and the shipping via FedEx was all as expected and delivered early by over 9 days! That’s impressive.

Customer service was so patient with me as I changed my mind three different times and they were so quick to respond.
