I did not get my food that I ordered on Deliveroo. I paid and everything but the food still hasn't arrived. I expect my food to be free now since I have already paid and waited.

KFC is unprofessional. Management lacks professional leadership qualities. Doesn't listen to employees. Only heard what she or he wants to hear I quit Kfc And taco bell . Because they lie about everything. I've been sexually harassed, micromanaged, discriminated against. kfc makes a lot of lies up in their head and it's an unsafe , unclean machines. Dishonest unclear expectations. Manipulation and total disregard for other people feelings. Plus, a lot more and It needs to be shut down here in fort collins colorado.

We always go to this KFC even though we pass anther on our way to a different location. We have always had good service. However tonight was not a happy experience. My wife and I like the original chicken and purchase 2 breast. She went to get some chicken for dinner and ask for 2 breast 2 bisque’s and a side of coleslaw. The attendant repeated what she ordered back to her. When she got home the box contained 1 breast and 1 wing, 2 bisques and a side of coleslaw. We checked the receipt and was charged exactly what she got. So there was no 2 breast. It was less than satisfactory. I guess we will have to find another KFC that sells us what we order.

I went to the Kentucky Fried chicken on Elmwood in Buffalo New York a month ago I got the nuggets. They were nice size nuggets to fill one of those little buckets they have. this time they gavea tiny little bucket with some little nuggets in there smaller than McDonald’s . I should’ve known it was too good to be to be true. When I first got the first nuggets they must’ve made a mistake. I won’t do it again. I don’t care if it is $10.

the guy that took my order he had kind of long hair he was just really really rude and I was trying to upgrade a meal and he told me I couldn't so yeah that'll be the last time I ever eat it this KFC because there's nothing but crackheads that work there and they don't know how to hire anybody decent

I didn't remember why I don't eat there and I had a coupon, so I went. The staff are nice, the atmosphere is nice, but the food is terrible. Low quality taste of the chicken. Very greasy. It was a low price with the coupon, but still not worth the price.

KFC in Maumee, Ohio web site did not work properly and would not accept my credit card. The original chicken was dry and had no traditional kfc flavor.

Terrible zinger burger meat never seen chicken feel sick put it in the bin Barnsley should sell better cannot believe they're open selling rubbish like this disgusting cannot get over the meat sold as chicken disgusting disgusting to top it all just had diarrhea unbelievable

Went to KFC today on Henderson Street in Galesburg il to get the wed ten dollar wing deal as was advertised on tv and was told they don't have that here so there needs to be a disclaimer when running these ten dollar daily deals not valid in All locations

Not been in a while but I was shocked at the standard of the food purchase a bucket for £20 and it's the last time I will be buying KFC again I had to give one star but I would have given it a minus 20 star's it was so awful

My chicken bowls weren't as bad as many customers admit. Although, the service could be better.

Worst customer service ever!!! they’re so mean, i asked for a sauce packet and they literally rolled their eyes at me!! 0/10. And they literally yell at there co workers to where everyone in there trying to order food can hear!!

I came to the somerset kfc and no sauces available for my meal. I ordered the long John silvers and all was great I tried to order from the 8pc kfc side and of course they didnt have any white meat it would take around about 30 mins wait and the lady at the drive thru window had fowl attitude and not very patient what so ever. All and all not best experience this place has gone downhill majorly.

I ordered a large bucket of chicken through Kentucky Fried chicken and it was so salty. I couldn’t. I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw all the chicken away. I was so disgusted usually when I order from them, I order a large bucket because it will last me about a week, but when that last bucket I ordered it was extremely salty and I told myself I would they lost me as a customer, and I never looked back. Shame on you for making your food salty like that.

Went to the Ashby branch and all the chicken was cold… absolutely disgraceful at these prices

Service is shocking! Always waiting so long for food! Got to 15 minutes, asked where my food was to then be told they forgot all about it 😡 Needs to improve on service and time.

I got a question on how you ordered thighs at KFC but you only get drumsticks in your order every time is they running out of chicken or the right people was not running it now or they don’t care about the services that they give out and is sad because the KFC on university Avenue in Rochester, NY 14609 they serve suck and that’s all they serve is drumsticks But you pay for other different types of food, but they never have it. Sad KFC is gone down so badly.

The company can improve by giving app users extra points, and considering the situation, a free meal voucher. I placed my order which was a pick up order on a Sunday evening on my KFC APP & had to have my order placed within the given time frame.which I did & got confirmation it wld be ready at 9:15pm. Got in the car to go pick up my order & the store was closed. But my card had already been charged upon confirmation of the order being placed & the time I wanted to pick my order up was confirmed. Considering the inconvenience of leaving my home at night. using my gas which is so expensive, and not having anything to eat is unacceptable for a food establishment. I have plenty of food establishments to choose from that do get it right. And they will compensate you besides giving your money back. Being a regular customer this was very disappointing. Didn’t have my food to eat and had to figure out where to go and get something else to eat. Not to mention it’s almost 10pm by now.
