KFC zingers and crunch burgers are now not good anymore. They are greasy and during my last visit the chicken inside the bun was full red as if it had bleeding veins and not cleaned properly. KFC should check and balance their quality assurance properly, else they'll be shut down from Pakistan soon

I visit the store in 40/42 Garner NC 4 or 5 times and they said don't have white meat. how that happened?

Everyone was well respectful. Brittany was very respectful with helping us and making sure our order was right 10/10 would definitely come back

I waited a half hour to get 1 thigh and 1 breast. Watched a number of drive thru customers and a couple of walk ins get served before me even though they were there after me; I happen to be the only white person in there.
I finally said something to an employee who had just come on duty and showed some hustle, unlike every other employee on duty at the time. This nice lady had me out the door in a few minutes.
Well KFC responded with a half ass apology. Couldn't even send me a coupon for my wasted half hour. Ridiculous, pathetic and cheap.

It has been a while that I had kfc so yesterday night I decided to order my self something different then the peaces of chicken I always had so I went on in and got myself a mouth watering box master meal and nice and spicy zinger wings and on top of that the service delivery was fast and efficient

Ordered from KFC London road did not receive the two meals and was only given a 6 pound refund from Uber eats shocking that you have to pay when they messed up

I had KFC here in the Philippines and the taste of the meat was "off". You know that metallic taste when something is over sales date? So here they use gravy to hide the taste of chicken that should not be served. It is just as bad as jollibee!

Had a KFC last week for the first time in about a year. I was appalled to see that the chicken portions were half the size they used to be, Never again. Another customer lost forever.

THIS is now the 3rd time (Granted... I should've learned my mistake after the second time BUT considering it's been WELL OVER A YEAR... Thought MAYBE they finally got their "stuff" together) Even after the first mishap. Tried AGAIN. AND then NOW definitely last.... So we ordered 12 piece chicken tenders meal (12 piece tenders, mashed potatoes, potato wedges and BISCUITS..! They then called us to the counter after waiting 10 minutes to tell us "We just barely served our VERY last order of tenders JUST NOW" (8:20 PM) (FYI They close at 10 pm) We were cool. BUT also told them "Sucks... That happened to us last time we came HERE" They apologized AS THEY DO. Sent us on our jolly good way with 5 legs (dark meat...) 3 Breasts (white meat. Yum.. as to why we ordered Tenders) and 4 wings (nobody eats.. because... bones... and...) NOT only THAT ..... WE DIDN'T GET OUR BISCUITS!! Not even a "Because of the situation.. We'll give you an dessert for FREE or We'll give you a FREE "whatever" (as if I would EVER) at no purchase. SAVE YOUR MONEY LAYTON RESIDENCE OR PASSERSBY!!!!! Extreme NO to Layton Kentucky Fried Chicken AKA..... KFC 🤮🤢🤢🤮🤢🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤢

Ordered the daily special and 4 wings. The bucket was old cooked and looked horrible. I could not eat either. No pies or whatever they advertised. Good, I only paid the day special plus wings, NEVER again! The finger licking has gone as well as the secret herbs and spices. Chicken quality is poor, oil is low grade.

The chicken had obviously been cooked earlier in the day. It was dry, greasy and definitely not the quality we are used to.

I know i ordered a kids meal. This was quite literally for a dog. It was so small 50% bones, and NO chips in sight. Please KFC actually add in the chips and make it for a human not a dog🤢

I was eating at kfc today and I was trying to get some dripping sauce and I have a speech impediment and the employee insisted on make fun of me because of my disability saying apparently I can’t speak English and laughed at me I will no longer come to this restaurant if this employee is still working here

We spent sixty dollars, and forgot about two drinks, and when we tried to pay for them they said no we can’t sell that to you, food is good staff isn’t.
