KEEP AWAY bunch of cowboys poor customer service go to the professionals like DFS or furniture village or online they took my deposit i cancelled my order never returned my deposit kept all of my £1600 deposit i will be instructing my solicitors to recover my costs

We brought 3 beds and mattresses from this company along with 3 bedside cabinets and large wardrobe a sofa some pictures and coat stand. We spent nearly £5000 , after putting the coat stand together, we realised this would have struggled to hold a cardigan. So I went back to the Slough store and asked politely for a refund. I was told they don’t do refunds or credit notes, I would need to email the company service department. When I pointed out how poor their after service care was. I was told by the manager I should be happy as only one of the many products I had purchased was faulty !!!!!

I promise we shall come back for review of this seller. It has been a terrible experience with them since bed was delivered. Providing a bed whose covering are torn and drawer not working is very terrible. Their customer care representative has been terrible not providing solution to the problem at hand and threatening customer with non refundable contract when no one has asked for a refund is a no no.
Please avoid them if you can.
They are very dubious and cunny.
They show you good stuff in their store but provide you with defective products.

Rubbish furniture
Bought at discounted price then on inspection looked like it was retrieved from a scrap heap and tarted up, but not very successfully.
Very eager to deliver at 10am
Then initially tried to say it was collected from shop so the blame was on me but I was able to prove it was delivered.
Not as keen to deliver replacement parts so as I had to wait in all day this time.
When they did arrive with two new table legs they were too short and so the table looked more like a ski slope. Also replacement chair had its fire hazard ticket ripped off and some of the fabric along with it.
Use this store at your peril

More options to choose from the store. Mr. Asad did good job in selection.

Perfect service for Mr Nahid aka ND and really good at what it does and the prices are really good.

Very helpful and friendly advice. Answered all of my questions and Aqib was great in helping us to find the perfect mattress that met our needs.

We purchased multiple furniture items, we received help and advice from Asad who explained everything to us in detail and took good care of us and answered all our questions honestly. Highly recommended!

I purchased an ottoman bed from them in October 2023
And not even been a year the beds slats are broken

Mr Shaz(The gent I dealt with over the phone) was polite and professional. The gents who delivered and installed my bed were professional and patient.
Nothing short of a 5 star experience. My recommendation beyond doubt to anyone reading this review. Thank you Shaz.
