I bought 3 bras for £13 in June 2014. I still have not received my order and it's end of August. Have sent 10 emails to customer service and have had no reply. Am now considering options to contact credit card company and/or Trading Standards. Will never purchase anything from them again and suggest you DON'T either!

After three continuous months of chasing KGB UK/nCrowd, I received the following:

Please understand this has nothing to do with concerning me or the company I work for. Which also means that the terms and conditions for ncrowd does not include this transaction that you made through KGB. We just acquired KGB UK on March 4th. We do not have any sort of transaction listings, credit card files, vouchers, in depth accounts, order history, or anything else due to privacy laws. Which means, we are having to contact KGB UK directly each time we receive a support ticket from a customer such as yourself and many others with anything containing dates prior to March 4th. Please understand my hands are tied since they are the one’s who can do anything with this sort of matter containing to your request since the transaction happened before we acquired KGB.

Now, four of my transactions occurred after 4th March 2014...and two prior. The site still offers the link to redeem voucher, but the supplying company has gone bust! Taken my postage and never supplied the goods promised!

WARNING!!! THESE LOT ARE A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE THIEVES AND PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They will only take your money and will not send out any products to you and since the only way you can contact them is an email address (HOW CONVENIENT FOR THEM AND INCONVENIENT FOR YOU!?) that they will hide behind and avoid responding to you as long as possible about the products they have not sent out to you. Then they will fob you off with the fake excuses such as they have sent it out already and “we will send out another straight away” etc. They will not refund anything even if they have just stolen your money. The only way you can get any money back is if you pay by credit card and dispute it with your credit card company who will return your money as soon as they find out if was the notorious KGB who stole it from you! THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS AND THE WHOLE SCAM OPERATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Bought some solar lights ....£10 incl postage.....took weeks to arrive and only 1 of 4 worked. They took weeks to respond to email...I wanted confirmation that if I returned them they would pay my postage and as they weren't fit for purpose I was entitled to a FULL refund. Waiting weeks for a response and they credited me a KGB voucher for £10. I threatened Trading Standards and got the £10 paid back to my debit card but they are still arguing over the £3.78 postage and I will not let it go! They are based in USA so not bothered at all.
WILL NEVER USE THESE THINGS AGAIN!

I THOUGHT IT A GOOD IDEA TO BUY A REMOTE HOOVER SO I ORDERED ONE FROM kgb IM STILL TO RECIEVE IT AND CONTACT IS NON EXISTANT. THE VOUCHER HAS NO CUSTOMER NUMBER
AND THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM EVEN THE EMAIL ADRESS IS NOT AVAILABLE I DONT HAVE ALOT OF MONEY BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT PLEASE HELP!!!

As with most of the other reviewers, my experience was that they are not interested if there is a problem. When my goods didn't arrive, they ignored many of my emails and did nothing to resolve the issue when they did deign to reply. I eventually had to get a refund from my credit card company.

Do not go anywhere near this company they offer you cut price deals but do not deliver the goods and when you try to raise the issue with them all you get is a standard email reply saying they are busy but will get back to you although after sending 7 emails i have had no response

THIEVES AND LIARS

I ordered 2 green 32gb USB memory sticks which arrived 2wks apart. It took for me to send 13 (NO JOKE) emails chasing up the second stick for them to reply with the most uninterested generic response telling me to allow 28days delivery. Anyhow i put some music on the 1st stick for the car & when i took it out the laptop gently the hard case came off leaving the stick unprotected. I waited to get the 2nd stick to check this and shock horror not only did the same happen to this but it wouldnt allow me to save anything on it.
So i emailed KGB again and then again to complain but i received only 1 email back from them saying they would check this with the merchant WTF. I have still not heard back from them. I have emailed them another 32 (AGAIN NO JOKE) emails up until today. today with no response. This has been ongoing since the 2nd of April 2014
The only telephone number of 08000118012 has a recorded message saying all their advisors are busy and to email them.
I am hitting my head up against a brick wall. I dont know what else to do. They blocked me on their FACEBOOK page because i was putting on it the problems i was having with them.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO I CAN COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THEM? DO THEY HAVE A REGULATORY BODY?
MY ADVICE IS KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM !!!!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT ARE NOT INTERESTED WHEN YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

I bought a USB Memory Stick from Kgbdeals which was advertised as having 32GB of memory. When I received it, it did display on my computer as having 32GB. However upon testing it with h2testw software, it showed as only having 7.3GB of usable memory with the rest corrupted. When I complained, I was asked to return it at my own cost.

Despite over 7 emails and a 72hour estimated reply time, KGB did not reply to my emails regarding a security code of over a month, in which time my voucher had expired!!

I bought a garden box - told it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive
after that time I emailed politely to ask about the order - they ignored it - I emailed several more times and messaged on facebook at least twice - I think it was about 2 weeks later after a further email that they replied (still no box!!) - I asked for my money back which I got eventually but I did not get the compensation which I think I was due under the Goods and Services Act - I wasted so much of my valuable time chasing them and was made to feel like an idiot - they sent me a credit for £5 for my next purchase but since I will never buy anything from them again this is useless !! There are plenty other places to buy stuff and I would advise that you avoid kgb deals - in my experience they failed to send the item, they are very difficult to contact (e.g. they ignore your emails and the the address and phone number on the website is in the US), they do not respond promptly to emails and do not offer reasonable recompense for failures

Bought some vouchers for a company which stopped trading just a couple of weeks after the deal ended. Contacted nCrowd, their not-so-fabulous email service) to ask for clarification and a refund, was eventually told that no refund would be coming as I had paid via 'kgbcash', which is complete nonsense as the money came out f my credit card. Have been emailing them numerous times since them to try and resolve this but emails just keep getting ignored. Complete con of a company and no consumer protection whatsoever, I certainly will be avoiding them from now on

Ordered and paid for an item in January 2014. To date, still not received. They have only ONE contact and that's an email address through ncrowd, who take their own sweet time in replying. They are simply a mediator for KGB and promise to forward your mail to them.

Have been in constant contact with ncrowd for over one month now, with no sign of either the original product ordered, or a refund.

So don't be fooled, these are not bargains. I'm pretty sure from all the feedback here, they have found a lucrative business by being legitimate to a few customers and just ripping the rest off.

Two recent issues with this company, one is ongoing. Just like another person has said below 2 days break booked and it turned out the hotel was fully booked - the manager told us it was fully booked within days of the deal going online, eventually after many emails we did get a refund. Everything seems to be based in the USA so there did seem to be an issue with local support.
Second issue which is ongoing was also mentioned below, 32GB sd card ordered 28th March, money taken out immediately and still not received. Sent two emails with no reply, one copied in the originator of the deal who I have just emailed separately. They did eventually reply with an email that they are contacting the supplier (nearly 2 weeks ago) but as yet nothing. Certainly never had these problems with Groupon/Living Social/Wowcher who sort things out quickly. Once this issue is resolved, and I will keep at it, I shall be deleting this company from my list of trusted companies.

BOUGHT A KGB DEAL FOR A WEEKEND AWAY FOR £89.ON PHONING THE HOTEL I WAS TOLD IT WAS FULLY BOOKED UNTIL THE DEAL EXPIRY DATE 30th JUNE AND TO ASK FOR A REFUND.AS STATED IN OTHER REVIEWS THERE IS NO CONTACT PHONE NO FOR KGB JUST AN EMAIL TO NCROWD, I HAVE SENT AROUND 20 EMAILS IN OVER TWO WEEKS I JUST GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES WITH A TICKET NO.I HAVE SENT ENDLESS REPLIES TO MY THREADS AND NEW REQUESTS WHICH JUST BRING UP A NEW TICKET NO.I HAVE SENT SIMILAR REQUEST TO OTHER DEAL COMPANIES AND RECEIVED A REFUND WITHOUT A PROBLEM.I DONT HOLD OUT ANY HOPE OF GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THE SITE.I AM SURE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOUGHT THIS DEAL SO KGB ARE QUIDS IN.

I purchased a "heavy duty clothes drier" in February. When it arrived the box states that it contains a "super lightweight clothes airer" which is NOT the item I ordered. I complained to KGB which elicited an automated response. 2 reminders later I received a response forwarded from the supplier stating that as far as they were concerned there was nothing wrong with the item. Maybe not, but it was not what I wanted or ordered. It is now over 2 months and several emails later and I am still awaiting a response and refund from the suppliers of the airer, Sherbrooke. Do not deal with this company.

Well, I don't know where to start? Between my boyfriend and I, the small amount of times we have bought from KGB have NOT been good experiences. From goods not being delivered to refunds not being made. Don't even get me STARTED on the Customer Service!! My boyfriend and I recently bought a 2 night stay in a Hotel in Tenby for my in-laws. They travelled almost 2 hours on my Mother-in-law's birthday only to get there and find out that the hotel was CLOSED!! It had closed down 4 weeks earlier. They had spent out on travel, then had to pay for a room that night and then my partner and I paid out for a room for them somewhere else to stay the night after (the second night they were expecting to be in Tenby) as we were so devastated about what had happened. I tried everywhere to get a phone number that worked to get a refund and compensation for the extra money they had paid out. I could only speak to one woman who works for a company called 'nCrowd' who I'm assuming have taken over KGB. I did manage to get the money we had paid for the deal (through this woman who spoke to someone in KGB- she would not give me any details or phone number or address!!!) but that took absolutely ages, and they point blank refused to take responsibility for the deal and didn't give an extra penny towards the other out of pocket expenses.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before buying from them. I just hope I stop someone else from making the same mistake.

I placed two separate orders for watches via kgb with a company called love crystal jewellery and avarice one 4 months ago and one 3 months ago. The watches from avarice arrived damaged although I paid excessive postage charge they came in a thin brown envelope with a tiny piece of bubble wrap and as a result the watch face was smashed. Provide photo evidence and at least 4 times confirmation of order number and address - still no response and no replacement. Love crystal jewellery - order placed 3 months ago, despite continued emails still not received. All three companies fail to respond to emails or waste time by requesting order number, address etc. KGB copied on all correspondence and they don't respond either.

All 3 a shambles!!!

I ordered a pair of yoga trousers from kgb 6 weeks ago, no third party, only contact was ncrowd. After 3 weeks I emailed, reply from ncrowd saying would take 4 weeks, err why? Despite several emails to both ncrowd and kgb Ive heard absolutely nothing back and can only assume I've been blatantly robbed. I will certainly never go near kgb again.

I needed the goods for a birthday present.I called fish called geoff and spoke to sam who rushed my goods out for next delivery 2 weeks early and he did not charge any extra. The goods were well presented and great quality.Thanks Fish called geoff.
