Unique pieces, creative designs, very beautiful and great feeling fabrics. Designed in a way to make you feel comfortable and confident with what you're wearing regardless of your size. Delivery is very fast. In addition, their customer support are very helpful and professional.

I tried submitting the review on their website, yet it was never posted. This shows the poor credibility. I purchased a dress from Khanum's. The dress is designed in a way that it cannot be tried on or worn without breaking the ribbon, which essentially makes it non-returnable the moment you open it. This crucial detail was not communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
For a brand at this price point, such lack of transparency and poor customer communication is simply unacceptable.
I expected far better service and integrity.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me reluctant to ever purchase from this brand again.

I ordered the Kodil dress and was not sure about the size as I usually wear size S / UK 8. So I contacted the customer service via email and on Instagram and they delivered such precise and impeccable advise and assistance regarding the size of the dress, the material and fit.
So I finally ordered size M and it was perfect. The dress is magnificent.
They also did their best to deliver the dress right on time as I have an upcoming trip.

Absolutely fabulous dresses! Quality is 10/10 and my shipping experience for items that were “ready to ship” was quicker than I expected which is always a bonus. Personally I love Khanums and their summer time collections, they never disappoint ❤️

My dress arrived too late for my event, you need to take into account production time (made to order dress) but the customer service was perfect, really reactive and kind support.

I ordered a non-custom item (NO MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN!!!) from Khanum’s and requested a return within 14 days, as allowed under UK CONSUMER LAW. They initially only offered an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT - I had to quote the CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013 multiple times just to get them to accept the return.

Once they received it, they said refunds take 30 WORKING DAYS - that’s 6 WEEKS, which is WELL OUTSIDE THE LEGAL 14 DAY REFUND WINDOW. They’ve even replied to other reviews confirming this delay, which shows this is their STANDARD (and ILLEGAL) PRACTICE.

Customer service was vague and unhelpful, and the whole return process was NEEDLESSLY DIFFICULT.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, PEOPLE!
Unless they’ve taken your PERSONAL MEASUREMENTS, the item is NOT CUSTOM-MADE - so you are LEGALLY ENTITLED TO A REFUND if you return it within 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Some items arrive with a SECURITY RIBBON OR TAG saying that removing it means you can’t return the item - BUT THAT DOES NOT OVERRIDE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER UK LAW. You are allowed to inspect or try on an item at home (just like in a shop), and removing a tag does not invalidate your right to a refund, as long as the item is returned in resaleable condition.

If a retailer refuses to refund, you can FILE A CHARGEBACK with your bank or card provider or REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Avoid this brand unless you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return anything.

The most beautiful dress I’ve ever worn! Felt like a princess. The quality is unmatched and had a consistent stream of compliments throughout the night. I’ve bought from Khanums many many times now and for every significant occasion it is my go to brand. I also follow the founder who is an absolute inspiration so raw & real with business life and has managed to make the impossible possible with my last minute requests. Hands down my favourite brand!

Overpriced items barely anything of different variety it’s all the same stuff. You can’t get refunds only credit note which expires after a year so waste of money. The sizes aren’t accurate as they run small as if they only cater to the models in their pictures, so if you’re curvy I would avoid it.

I haven't yet received the dress I purchased but the customer service provided by Nicole to help me buy the item under slightly out of the ordinary circumstances for a wedding has been above and beyond! so helpful, accommodating and personalized. You don't find service like it often these days in my experience!

I don’t know where to start. I bought a Krace Dress in pink for my sisters wedding as that is the colour theme she wanted (I’m pregnant, and pink is just not my colour). I asked to return this and change for the blue version was is BEAUTIFUL but didn’t work out with my awkward body shape. So, I asked to exchange again for the black version of the same dress which I will be saving to get back into postpartum. As you can imagine I was not an easy customer as I asked for few exchanges and I was finding hard to make up my mind. However, the team was incredibly kind and generous with their time and were extremely helpful and guided me through the process patiently. The communication was amazing. This interaction has made me truly love the brand, which produces beautiful clothing and has a beautiful team. The dress quality is amazing, heavy beautiful and looks expensive.

Please girls don’t hesitate on any order you won’t be disappointed, the quality is excellent and it is made as to accentuate all curves in such an elegant way. The customer service was immaculate honestly so hard to find a quality shop with a customer service that reflects it!!

Really happy with this dress, it fits nicely, feels comfortable, and looks just like the pictures. I’m only 5’4, so it was super long and needed some adjustments, but still worth it. Shipping was quick and I appreciated the personalised follow-up emails. Overall a great experience!

I booked an appointment to try on Kerena Mini Dress and everything went super smooth. My experience has been nothing short of magical. Emer was very helpful in giving me tips and trying to expedite the delivery as I had little time left before going away on holidays. The dress itself is of very high quality.

I type this with loads of Joy! I wore the Krace dress for my birthday and let me tell you, I did not want to get out of it! It is the most gorgeous dress!!! The quality is unreal and very luxury, the drape drops at the back which gives it an elegant touch and the pearl detailing makes the dress complete! I received so many compliments and smiled all day!

The team were so friendly and helpful through out, any time I had a problem they were very attentive and left me satisfied, overall I was so so pleased!
