Kia Sportage Parts Solution
We had a few issues with items failing on our 2017 Kia Sportage. Replacement parts and labour charges from two dealers were excessive. We looked at Kia Parts Direct website, indicated the parts we thought we needed, had them check they were the correct parts against model and VIN number and ordered the parts. Two parts arrived within a couple of days, the third part was on back order on the website but still arrived within about 10 days. Throughout the purchasing process we had frequent updates. All parts we required were easily installed at home after viewing others do the same tasks. Overall, great supplier, prices and communication followed by 'at home' easy installation.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. I tried to source a set of EV6 alloy wheels from my local Dealer only to be told they couldn’t get them. I then tried Kia Parts Direct who said they could get the alloys but it would be around 4-6 weeks. As I didn’t mind waiting I placed the order which included a very welcome discount on the list price and waited. Within 3 weeks I had an email to say they had been dispatched and would arrive next day. First class service and I have no hesitation in recommending the company based on my experience.
