You have to cancel the subscription 24 hours before the next billing, but on the home page where you cancel your plan, it says "within 72 hours". That is ridiculous, it is set up so you will be billed no matter what you do!

got 2 warnings from instagram already…
got 2 warnings from instagram already so it is not safe as advertised. Furthermore I cannot cancel on the settings pages it only takes me to buy a new subscription. I have emailed the support team and no response.
I'd be wary to recommend this to anyone at all.

THIS COMPANY HAS SEVERAL OTHERS THAT IT USES TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD.
ONE IN PARTICULAR IS INSTA PLANA. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND FOR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE NOT AUTHORISED
KICKSPANS APPROACH IS TO EMAIL YOU - A GIRL CALLED "MIA" EMAILED ME. I PURCHASED A FREE TRIAL AND CANCELLED WITHIN THE TRAIL PERIOD AND FOLLOWED THERE PROCEDURES AND THEY FALSLY CHARGED MY CARD UNDER INSTAPLANA APROX 10 DAYS LATER AND IN AN AMOUNT THAT DOESNT EVEN SIT IN LINE WITH ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS. I AM AWAITING A REFUND AS I PURSUE LEGAL ACTION INTO FRAUD.

Total scam. You sign up for a free trial, enter your credit card, then you try to log in and it says you don't have a subscription. Zero customer service, no way to get a hold of anyone.

Difficult to communicate
I have tried to contact you to no avail.
I tried the free trial as a result of your e-mail communications. I had also tried to log into the the account, and had proved abortive. I had no intention in proceeding to payment as I had expected a payment confirmation mail and got none.
I have been charged $39 and I have not budgeted for this. I would kindly like to request for a refund before the 10- day trial grace expires. I hope to hear from you.

If you do not cancel during the trial period our system will naturally assume you would like to proceed forward (as is any subscription service).

Bad customer service
I’m sorry to say this, but I’m very disappointed from your customer service and apparently this is the only way to get in contact with you!
Yesterday I decide to give a go to your service but I’m not able to do the log in because apparently my password is incorrect!!
So I tried to get in contact with you to understand why I’m not able to enter in my account and start to use it, but after 24h I haven’t received any response!
This is the free week trial and I’ve already lost one day, I hope you’re not gonna try to get my money after the free week is over!

BUYER BEWARE: I have been billed twice for $39 within 2 weeks and to date, I have not only been able to NOT get into the account, but they also refuse to reply to my emails.
PART B: I only have one account. Still cannot get into it (License not valid, please check your payment with ChargeBee provider) and I am emailing your website email Contact at Kickspan.info!!!

You were charged twice as you registered 2 accounts and never cancelled them.
You are probably messaging our automated "non reply" email that sends out the initial confirmation email. Most companies have a set-up like this.
To avoid future double billings, we would recommend cancelling one of your accounts by going to the cancel button on the bottom of the page.
