This keeps the billing a lot simpler rather than charging you every week and is preferred by most of our clients.

It started with an Email out of nowhere
Out of nowhere, I received a cold email from them. It basically said I deserved more engagement and followers, and they can help me with that.
Also that they are providing free 7-day trial and we can cancel at any point.
All of this is fake. They are only existing on the website. They don't have an IG account, Fb account, Support Chat, nothing.
The reviews on their website are fake, the 5***** reviews here on the Trustpilot page are fake.
Don't waste your money!
P.S: I received their email in my SPAM folder. So the lesson is this: If someone's mail ends up in your spam folder, it is highly likely to be SPAM & SCAM!
Edit: I see you added a link to your social profiles on your website recently. So I went ahead and checked it out. Your Instagram has 2 followers with 63 posts as a private account.
Then I checked out your Facebook and it had no posts but 1.8k followers which are fake + It had complaints from your users who said you are a scam and they can't cancel, they can't get ahold of you.
And you don't have a support chat on your website as of 17-May like you are fraudulently claiming to have in your reply.
So what your reply just did was prove my review is legit in all the ways. It's funny to read you say my review has no meaning in any way.
IT'S A SCAM COMPANY, YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM, YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. DO NOT TRY!

If you message any of the 5 star reviews they will testify that they used our product. Their usernames are publicly available on our website. There is also a live chat on the site itself.
Emails can go to spam folder for various reasons unrelated to the product itself.

Everything the website says is a lie
Everything the website says is a lie. You can't cancel anytime because there is no way to cancel(I'm searching frantically). They don't "take care of the rest". You have to keep going in to check if 1 action is done to be able to do the next action. Their social media buttons are fake, and most likely all the testimonials and company logos are too. Password is also required and they don't send you any account emails with information.

In terms of taking care of the rest, we use a "set it and forget it approach." On the website you'll find a tutorial showcasing the entire software. We recommend customers or potential customers watch this for full clarity on how it works before using. Obviously, there is some work required on your end.
We don't have any social media buttons and the testimonials are real - feel free to message any of the users as their names are available on the website.
We use 1 action at a time to keep your account safe - it is the only way to ensure there are no risks and you aren't compromised. This is why we haven't had a single customer get banned.

FAKE COMPANY -No Way to Cancel Trial! Beware!
FAKE COMPANY - doesn't deliver anything, emails and social buttons don't lead anywhere, and worst thing is there is NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR 7 DAY TRIAL! Once you sign up and authorize your PayPal there are no buttons in your account to cancel your trial and no way to get in contact with the company (EDIT: To those who want to cancel, remove OzBoom Marketing as an "Authorized Payment" directly from inside your PayPal account, that's the only way to stop them taking your money fraudulantly).
Just try sending an email to their "support" address, it'll bounce with an error of "this email doesn't exist" or try their "Live Chat" and never get a response because it's not being monitored.
Upon more research it seems Kickspan was created as a scam by an 18 year old Australian kid who pretends to be a "successful businessman" but clearly can't even get simple customer service or product right.

Was looking for a product like this but most of them don't work anymore. Grew my account around 750 followers in the first month. Slightly less than 1000 but still a lot more than I was getting before. Overall pretty happy considering it seems to be the only working solution for Ig growth at this point

I first received an email from this company, stating that they could increase my followers on Instagram. I wanted to try this to see if it worked. So having reviewed the website (alarm bells were already going off because I could not find much on the website at all) I thought I could try it and if nothing was achieved in two weeks then I would cancel it. So I waited. I had no email confirmation, which made me very suspicious. There was no increase in followers on my Instagram account, if anything they went down!!! I then started to review the company and saw the comments. I believe this is a scam now. I've emailed them and asked to cancel - still no email response and I have also cancelled my credit card so they can not take any money.

scam!! I signed up in July but after two weeks and not delivering anything but sending me a short list of generic keywords I cancelled which I have in writing. The only problem they keep charging my credit card for a few hundred $. I had to cancel my credit card and file for fraud with my CC company.

I’ve been with Kickspan a month and have seen no increase at all. I’ve emailed twice and have had no response. So I’m not happy and think the customer service sucks. What a shame. Interesting to see that 40% if customers are not happy. That’s huge.

This Kickspan has suddenly started spamming my email account!
Never heard of them until they somehow managed to get my email and started spamming me!!
Trying to get me to join their services for Instagram followers!
They don’t even have an Instagram account themselves.
Probably a phishing scam.
Their address is located in Australia and I believe this is also misleading.
Go AWAY!!
I have now reported this company!
I suggest if anyone received an unsolicited email from this Kickspan that they report them to the appropriate authorities.
