They advertise a 365-day refund policy, but there appears to be a hidden condition. If the product is still available on their website, they may not process your refund as you expect. I also found their customer support unhelpful, as they did not provide clear information or proper assistance throughout the process.

As a new mum in the UK, I bought a car seat first because I needed it to bring my baby home from the hospital. At that time, I didn’t know much about travel systems.
After speaking with friends, I realised that buying a complete travel system would be much more practical as my baby grows. Based on their advice, I tried different adapters that were supposed to be compatible with my car seat, but I discovered that it wasn’t compatible with any travel system.
I had a C-section, so carrying the car seat everywhere without a stroller has been very difficult. As a result, I had to buy a completely new travel system, making the original car seat useless for my needs.
I requested a refund, especially because the website advertises a 365-day refund policy. However, I was later told that this policy only applies under certain conditions, including whether the product is still available on their website. This wasn’t made clear when I purchased it.
I found this website through the Emma’s Diary recommendations and trusted it, but unfortunately, I now feel it was the wrong decision. To make matters worse, customer service suggested that I resell the car seat myself on eBay or Facebook Marketplace instead of helping with a refund.
I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on a product that is of no practical use to me. I hope sharing my experience helps other new parents research compatibility and the return policy carefully before purchasing.
