Fab!
I ordered some superhero themed bunting and realised that I perhaps hadn't allowed enough time for them to be delivered as I'd requested standard posting not next-day-delivery. I emailed them to explain the situation and said that I was a bit pushed for time and they sent the loveliest reply saying that they'd post them them first class that day. It arrived in time but their emails had been very personable and lovely. It was possibly a bit expensive for what it was, but their service was lovely.

Quick delivery and appeared as they did on the website
I ordered the Mickey Mouse clubhouse range for my little boys christening and it was all really good quality. Delivery was very pricey at £7.50 for next day but in comparison to other websites selling the same stuff I bought and their delivery cost, this still worked out cheaper even with high delivery cost as the cost of products were so cheap on sale!
