I was updated regularly with delivery details, and the quality of the bed exceeded my expectations. It was so easy to put together as well, and a great price for the quality received.

Really good product, delivered on time and within the scheduled window. Is was pretty straightforward to build but my only complaint is that you seem to get exactly the number of fixings required. We managed to break a couple of lug fittings during the build (there must have been about 50)) and there were no extras so we had to miss a couple out.

Great service and bed was delivered fast. However 4 stars because one of the delivery men was very rude the other was lovely tho and help carry box upstairs

Easy to order, replies to emails quickly I was very apprehensive on placing a order as need a quick delivery so phoned them and they was very helpful

I was apprehensive about ordering online, so I telephoned Kidsbedsonline before placing the order. After around thee weeks I had not heard anything, so I called them again to see if there was any update, and they very kindly explained that the bed had arrived from Paris and was waiting delivery. That was slightly delayed because I needed the guys to build the bed for me. And thank goodness I selected that option, because there is absolutely no way I could have done it myself! The bed (Parisot High Sleeper) is amazing and the boys who built it were lovely too. I very highly recommend Kidsbedsonline. If you are concerned about having placed an expensive order and not heard anything for a few weeks, they will check their system straight away with a quick phone call so I would not let the online service deter a purchase. They couldn't have been better.

Ordering was really easy, delivery was only a couple of days. 5 boxes in total. Instructions could have been a little more detailed but otherwise a lovely bed and my son is super happy. Very sturdy

Ordered the Billie Mid sleeper bed. It arrived within 5 days. Very impressed with delivery service. Bed is good quality and was easy enough to put together. Love all the storage features under the bed and pull out desk is a brilliant space saving feature.
