Bought the bs combi a few months ago , recommended by a friend hadnt heard of kids kargo before that but thought it was worth a shot as a lot cheaper than other brands . What can i say i absolutely love the pram , steering is so much easier than other doubles And the shopping basket is huge , my 2 little ones have enjoyed it so far only fault is that My eldest may not be in the pushchair for much longer as he’s reaching over 15kg but good service and lovely pram overall

Purchased the kids kargo isofix car seat and the base for my newborn that I saw being advertised on Facebook. Never used one before and it’s so easy to use.

We purchased the Duellette combi for our twin boys and we love it. It’s a dream to push, the carrycots have a soft comfy liner with mattress and both carrycots face me at the same time. My friend recommended kids Kargo & I couldn’t be happier.

Sales team are great but customer services is diabolical bought the duel DS combi in October 2018 had my baby in March 2019 and 6mths into using my buggy the chassis was wobbly, goes to the left whenever I’m pushing it and the handle bar randomly clicks likes it’s snapped especially when going up a curb or a step even if I don’t have anything on it.

Kids kargo have categorically refused to exchange my chassis and said I can purchase a brand new one for £90 or an ex display one for £50 as they’re buggies only come with one year warranty from date of purchase rather than date of first use. 1yr for something that cost over £300 is absolutely diabolical especially where the safety of babies and kids are concerned. This is the first website I have purchased from without reading reviews I really wish I read their reviews before purchasing as I would have avoided them. I’m beyond annoyed that I have no money to purchase a replacement as a single mum not working I’m in tears looking at such a beautiful buggy that I’m unable to use through no fault of my own.

They have tried to make this as light weight and compact as possible but unfortunately in the process have sacrificed on safety and strength.

pushchair arrived promptly, exactly as expected. like the wheels as i had issues with the old pushchair from a different company.
like that you can order spares should you ever need them.

Very happy with the customer service at kids kargo! They answered all my questions I asked. My order came on time with no problems! I'm so happy with my buggy, it's everything I needed and looks amazing aswell!

Buggy was delivered very promptly when expected. Buggy was as described although longer when folded than I expected but that’s down to me not the buggy. Easy assembly instructions for the buggy, just the wheels and good to clip on. Handles are quite high so good if you’re taller but for me I’m on the short size.
Negatives would be - paying extra for a rain cover when most buggies come with them included. Rain cover instructions and photos are not very clear so they could be better and not sure the cover design fits brilliantly but will find out when I use it in the rain. There is Velcro attached to each side of the buggy hood but can’t see anywhere to attach the Velcro to so the back of the hood flaps about a bit. Not tried it out with kids in yet in terms of pushing and weight.
