Just a heads up folks. Read the small print for each supplier you intend to purchase from. Cannot use John Lewis e-gift vouchers to make valid purchases!

Karen was very helpful and pursued an issue on my behalf to get a conclusive answer. On each of my enquiries to Kidstart, they have replied very quickly and with full answers.

Just wanted to reiterate what other people have said: received very speedy, efficient responses from Karen in Customer Service.

Karen in customer services was excellent. We had issues with funding allocation and she dealt with us really fast and sorted the solution.

Im going crazy!!!!!!!!!

Started out very good but now seems to have lost it's way completely. I had a transaction that tracked in March. After 7 months it is still pending. At 5 months I was told it was being chased, at 6 months I was told the same, at 7 months I was told "when a transaction's been pending for 6 months or more the best we can do is try and get the marketing partners to expedite validation, although it's generally out of our hands I'm afraid".
Really pleased I didn't take up their KidSave.

Have 2 accounts added to Kidstart. One of them is reaching 18. Completed the online form to check if possible to move money from one account to the other. Send the email just before 8.00am. By 8.07 am not only was I told what I needed to know, but ther was also detail of the amount that would be transferred, and how long it would take. A response that quickly I'd have just expected an automated "we've got your email".
I've done as instructed, and within 24 hours the balance has been credited to the other account.
Free and VERY easy to use. Excellent customer service

Although some their rates are slightly lower than other cashback sites their customer service outstrips them all. Polite, friendly responses to enquiries, missing cashback quickly repaid and payment of cashback generally a lot faster than others.

Very unhappy. The site implied i could get substantial discounts for the Wild Place in Bristol. I really don’t like subscribing to things but the discounts were substantial as detailed. Having invested too much time downloading the app, entering card details, creating an account etc I have discovered no such discount exists on their site. I feel conned and have asked for a refund and to be unsubscribed. I will report back on whether they deliver this.

I've been using this service for a while and it's been great for putting aside some savings for the little one especially with those Christmas gifts and household purchases. It's useful for topping up the savings.

Great customer service when you have a query you get a prompt response.

This site is the best if you have children and want to save for them. There is enough presence on google to remind you to consider them when purchasing, but you don't get bombarded with loads of spam. They also allow you to keep saving-you don't have to 'log in or lose it', as you do with most other savings and cashback sites. I'm so pleased I signed up 8 years ago-I have earnt more using this than I have in interest in a child's bank account during the same period. Would highly recommend.

Great way of being able to save a little extra for your child! Use it regularly for online purchases and the savings soon build up! Lots of retailers are on board with this app. I’ve saved well over £100 for my daughter just by making purchases through this app. Would thoroughly recommend!!

Can’t rate KidStart highly enough. Great service when you ask questions and in just over 12 months we have saved over £300 for the children. Amazing!!

Fantastic company, that’s helping to put a few extra pennies in our sons savings account.
There was recently a problem with them transferring the funds to us and they sent comprehensive instructions on how to solve our issue.
The communication was excellent.

This is a brilliant scheme and I love being part of it. Can't believe how quickly savings grow for your children / grandchildren, and all for doing a spot of online shopping!!

A genius idea to be able to easily save for children. Amazing how the savings quickly add up.

Super way off giving one a little head start

Great idea, not the easiest to use setting up with accounts and that you can’t link to amazon app etc. So each time you have to go through KidStart. But customer help is second to none! And it’s free savings for the most important tiny humans!

Excellent experience if collecting free money for my normal everyday purchases
