DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS U WANT TO BE ROBBED

Terrible, absolutely dissatisfied and disappointing, order 3 x items and a free gift, I got the free gift and only 2 x of my items the 3rd is a mystery ive contacted KIIKIO I did get confirmation and all of sudden no response, so yeah 100 percent being robbed. Some customers on this review will give the a good star rating and good for them. But my experience with this online brand is poor dont order from them if you like disappointment. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Ordered 7 items on 9.8 (d.m) and heard nothing for a while and send a message to customer service and finally got confirmation that they were shipped. Well on 2.9 i got a package and it was only one of the items i ordered now back to customer service and got it sorted and a new confirmation that they have been shipped so on 17.9 I received 2 items and now I'm back to writing the customer service about where the rest are. Really disappointed wouldn’t recommend it's just a drop shipping company.

I ordered 2 items 4 months ago, asked for a refund 5 times,received 2 times a confirmation that the refund is processed, still havn’t seen any money.
Went on trustpilot for a review, got a new mail saying again that “the refund is processed haven’t received any money yet?” No I have not!!!!

Liars DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not order from this place. I ordered a simple hat and had to contact them for a response. Trash!! They responded and said they can’t send the hat I ordered and wanted to give me a $10 discount. 😂😂😂😂. There response is a lie. They actually said in the email that what I ordered was out of stock. I ordered August 7, 2025 order #M23213249. Never got it. I had to email them. They never contacted me. I got an email last night saying my “refund,” will take 5-7 days. My account was charged and I have the receipt. We will see if I actually get. Their response to me on TRUSTPILOT IS A LIE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased from this brand after seeing an advertisement on IG. Seemed to be legit.. I ordered in June of this year. Waited a month and nothing arrived, I reached out the company and they responded that they didn’t have the color options I chose. I never received any notification. I agreed on another color and they said they would ship it. Fast forward to July. Still nothing and when I reached out they seemed confused about the whole order and said that it was no longer in stock. I requested a refund. They said it would be processed in 7 days. It’s August 28th and I have yet to receive a refund. I had to reach out to my bank to get help. Seems like a scam… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Absolute scam company

Absolute scam company, got the wrong item and the return process is outrageous. They would take days to respond and ask if you want a $5 credit.
I have exchanged over 20 emails with them and they have still yet to give me the address to ship back.
