Bought the new Deconstructed Layered Distressed Leather Jacket really nice and comfortable runs a bit large so would recommend to size down other than that very nice would recommend to others if you’re into that dark kinda look really cool piece for the collection tbh

Ordered Jeans but they didn‘t fit so i tried to get a refund and send them back but they didnt comply so now i lost 200€.

I accidentally ordered the wrong jeans but they imediatly reacted and changed it, the designs are also verry good i realy recomend this brand.

It’s not a scam, and the jacket that I ordered came within a week or more. The customer service is very good and reply’s almost instantly, I’m happy with the jacket that came, but it wouldn’t be too suitable for rain.

I bought the black coat with the fur and it’s literally perfect. Looks exactly like the picture and is so thick and warm. Also I got the package in a week (while it said 8-20 days). Definitely a legit site and clothes of good quality. I recommend it!

My experience with Kiikio was horrible — I feel scammed.

I ordered a pair of pants in size Large. Instead, they sent me an Extra Large. The XL didn’t even fit, and when I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to pay for the return shipping myself — even though they made the mistake.

They only offered me $15 to cover shipping, when the actual cost from Denmark to China is closer to $50. That’s unacceptable. When I pushed back, their “solution” was to send me another pair instead of refunding me. They offered this multiple times, but at that point I was completely done with their bad customer service and had no interest in their products anymore — I just wanted my money back.

They refused to provide a fair refund solution, and I am now filing a chargeback through my credit card.

Do not buy from this company. They will send you the wrong order, make you pay to return their mistake, and then refuse to give you a proper refund. Save yourself the trouble — they are not trustworthy.

So basically, I ordered from this store like 4 times, and only one time I received my order in time, last time I didn’t.

Hi, it's a scam site that doesn't give a second thought to processing orders or helping customers. And Kiikio if you're so nice here, why wouldn't you help me for two month with my order via email? I contacted you a hundred of times now, both email, website & Instagram. Not even once was help provided.
