My daughter introduced me to Kiko 4 days ago, I bought an eyeshadow palette and eyeliner. I am so impressed, we are going back tomorrow to our nearest store (40 minutes drive away, on a good day!) to buy more! I am shocked by so many negative reviews on this site! My daughter is 14 and I’m 52!
Very Bad quality
I bought a nail polish, it was so bad to apply-left so many little lumps on my nail, I am assuming it was off dated. It came off in one day, right after applying… obviously i did not check here, ı just assumed it was a good/famous brand… ı also bought some lipsticks as well, it was the same experience. So disappointed.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Always have time for their customers and show kindness towards everyone. Molly and Mandy were especially helpful and made my experience in store 100 times better. They guided me towards makeup I may want and supported my budget needs.

I've contacted kiko via social media and email, and they keep telling to request a refund via webpage, but when you click it it doesn't exist!
I have request a refund via my bank as I believe they're scamming customers by not upholding to laws of consumer act.

I originally purchased a Kiko hydra balm foundation on 02 shell from Amazon. It was the absolute perfect t foundation for me. When the tube was almost empty, I reordered 4 of this item from Kiko Milano Uk direct. After 30 days of receiving the order I opened the first tube. To my horror on application it would not apply to my face, congealing into what seemed like 2 separate products and leaving white shiny patches on my face and white bits, almost like bits of tissue, and left my face burning and red. I tried one of the other tubes, to find it the same. On examining the code on these 2 tubes I found it to be different from the one I purchased from Amazon.
I tried contacting Kiko but couldn’t find a phone number or email address. I eventually called their store in the Trafford Centre in Manchester and their store manager, Waide, filled out an online form for me over the phone.
Eventually I received an email reply asking me to return the order, with instructions how to do this online. I tried to do this but their system kept taking me to a blank page. I have emailed them twice about this and am still waiting for a response.
The worst customer service I have ever received.
Just received this response to my third email advising them that there is an issue with their website that will not allow me to progress my return further.

I ordered 6 items.. and they are not cheap.. one of the items was a pink glitter eyeshadow. I tried it on my hand. It was silver..bright silver.... they wouldn't let me return as I had swatched it.. and they wouldn't give me a refund either.. so im stuck with an incorrect item.. I quoted the distance selling rules. I will NEVER purchase these again.. i will stick to urban decay . Terrible customer service slow .and 10 emails for nothing.. AVOID

They always steal our order!
I usually buy from kiko and unfortunately it happened to me a lot that some items are missed!!!! They even don't care! once it happened to me that I ordered 2 different orders at the same day and from each of them some products were missed! value for around 50 €!!! but because there were from 2 different order number that were done in the same day , they consider that I report 3 times and they refuse to make a refund!
Its super crazy because they always can do the same and say you are reporting a lot! I report a lot because you steal our orders a lot!!!!!

I went to the Oxford Circus branch in London and it was very busy with customers. One sales attendant approached me at asked me if I needed help, of which I replied I needed help in finding the right foundations colour. At first she kept saying she needed to find her brushes but then she picked up some one use plastic strips, then at the sections of foundations she didn't know which one to go for and asked me which one I wanted of which I replied if I knew I wouldn't have asked, I am not the make up artist. She picked up bottle but in a very reluctant way and the started to put some on the left hand side of the face and asked me what I thought, the room is dark and doesn't give the right colour image, so I went by the front door to get natural sunlight but the colour looked green. I over heard her being asked by a real make up artist why was she taking care of me without qualifications and she said that I was not aware of this and she put the index finger on her nose as to say be quiet. At that point I felt I have missed out the opportunity to be looked after by a real expert in make up and so I left the shop. They lost my money as I made no purchase but also my trust as I will not buy from them again.

Please do not buy anything online from Kiko. I placed an order on 23/5/25 and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them on the only email address I could find and a reply came back from Customer Service saying ‘I’m going to consult with our specialists on this subject. I will contact them and come back to you with an answer as soon as possible’ . Why does it need a specialist to find out why my order hasn’t been delivered…. I will continue chasing this because I’ve paid for the items but have no faith !! Probably the worst service I’ve received from online shopping

The worst customer service ever; choose to completely ignore emails, social media messages. The website help section is terrible, try and find a way to contact them is impossible.

Firstly I'm a young lady with no illnesses (thank God)
I bought 6 items from new street Birmingham and all the products are awful.
The glossy lipsticks are not even lasting an hour and the double sided ones have burned my lips to the point that the skin was coming off my upper lip for months now. I first thought it was another lipstick I might have used but nope, it’s the KiKo one that affecting me!!!
Also the lipstick for broken in only few days of use!!
And the mascara every time I put it on my eyelashes are falling off, please do not risk buying these items.
