I was in Kiko in westfield White city…
I was in Kiko in westfield White city and the Lady Meghan was very helpful and friendly . She answered all of my questions and helped me choose everything what I needed. I would definitely go back to Kiko because of her. Best customer service.
Thanks Naleefa
Lovely service from the beautiful Naleefa.
Good recommendations for a very nice eye brow pencil. Love it.
Thank you 😍
Awful Service
I purchased a lipstick from Kiko Oxford Street about 1 month ago and the turning mechanism is faulty when I twist the container the lipstick rotates but it doesn’t come up! And sometimes it does!!!
Very frustrating!
I went in and explained the situation
4 girls were all standing chatting paying no attention to customers!
I went up to one of them and explained the problem she told me it’s a common issue and they could give me a new one
She said she would have to ask her manger
Which she did in front of me in Spanish!!
I was horrified to hear her tell her boss that i was complaining about the mechanism and that the lipstick had been used!! I speak Spanish!
Well of course it’s been used! It’s not my fault it has stopped working after I’ve started using it!
I told them I purchase a lot of items from Kiki but won’t be buying any more as I don’t trust the product and the service is just appalling
They both turned around and cheerfully said ok bye
It’s no wonder your reviews are mainly 1 star
Appalling!!!!
Awesome customer experience!
After a real bad customer experience with a lady from Kiko Milano in Greece, I visited the Kiko store on Kings day in Eindhoven. What a difference!!!.. The lady who works there, Sameera is in one word FANTASTIC! She has class, is experienced, friendly, and was really focused on my questions, and gave me great advise! I will go back for sure! Keep up de the good work Sameera!!!! And thank you for the personal message on the bag!
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I have returned some products to them, and wrote to them with their buggy contact form as well as their customer service email. They dont answer! very bad service. it seems they dont care about customer satisfication.
shockingly poor fraud company
04/04/25..unbelivable shocking fraud company..they send my order on 12/03/25 with missing items(they also confirmed that before send the good and applogised me that they are refunding my money for the missing)which is ok ,but by now today 04/04/i keep chasing them for the refund of my missing items and they keep dragging the issue.every email (i have proof)they said o sorry we are issuing ur refund now ,and every time they juss fake about it.its been over a month now i keep asking my money.now finaly i told them yesterday that im contacted ombusdman for an official complain as how can they keep my £40 when they didnot send the items?also i contacted my bank too for a dispute.never seen such a fraud ever when u have a big name in market.a big fat shame,my case number is 01475393

Kiko's products are good
Kiko's products are good, mainly for the cost benefit. I visited the Dublin store last weekend, very loud music, to the point that it was unpleasant to stay in the store. A nice girl came to offer help, I showed the brush I use, because I was looking for another one, for another functionality. She showed me, I thought it was ok, but she could have offered me the product to clean brushes, since we were talking about using the same brush for different things, she even said that I should clean my brush. In addition to being an unnecessary comment, she could have taken advantage of the moment to sell more products. I've heard another saleswoman talking about this product, but I was in the checkout line and another girl came, didn't say anything, took the products from my hands abruptly, with a not at all friendly face, as if she was doing me a favor. I am waiting for the Grafton store to open, and I hope the service will be better, otherwise, I prefer to continue buying Kiko online, I have been doing for years. Because the experience was unpleasant, and I'll probably never come back to this store.
Visited braehead store today in glasgow …
Visited braehead store today in glasgow
The manageress (i think ) was very pushy when i asked for some advice on make up but she went to the skin care stuff telling me i need to do skin routines and to use 3 items she then proceeded to start recommending 3 items for morning night and somewhere inbetween advising me my make up was just so straight (no definition in it ) and basically boring
We had been in about 20/25 mins and still getting told about this skin care
She was horrified and didnt hide it that i didnt have a regular skin care routine and how dry my skin looked even although she kept saying how good my skin was (make up your mind )
She kept saying how i should be like her that does this that and the next thing to her face and so should i and telling me what age she was
Told her i dont like a fully made up face and caked make up (like hers ) a bit of foundation and mascarra full face is for going out
Looking at what she was recommending to me was going to cost at least £100 plus and plus make up
Eventually she moved away from the skin care to move on to the make up and basically dropped me like a ton of bricks onto a young girl
By this point my daughter came over to me as she say i was getting overwhelmed by her pushiness and she made an excuse she had ro leave the centre as she was going to be late for work
We left the shop and went straight to boots and got what i was looking for from a lovely assistant who listened to what i was looking for and recommended exactly what i needed and colour matched me also and got £100 sale from me (a bit more than i wanted to pay but happy to do so as it was leftover christmas money ) i genuinely think if the girl had recommended more stuff i would have took it because she wasnt pushy so well done boots but shame on kiko
Horrendous experience with the Assistant Store Manager
Horrendous experience with the assistant store manager at the Regent Street store this morning - she deliberately opened and squeezed out a bit of product on an untouched / unopened BB cream I was returning. Then she declined to accept the return, as according to her the product had "been opened", by me -- which it certainly had not -- I bought it, put it in the bag and simply came back to return it the next day. Total fraud, and stolen my money. The assistant manager (Maria / Marina / Andrea?) was an absolutely illegal scammer, not to mention disgustingly rude. She took off her name tag so I couldn’t get her name but stay away from this awful assistant manager at branch (has a tight bun, brown hair). BEWARE.
Very poor customer service
I am shocked and disappointed by the way this incident has been handled. On 12th February at your Westfield Stratford City branch I spoke with Fay a very helpful manager who agreed that I had been badly advised and sold a very bad colour match for my skin type. She said that if I return with the receipt she would refund the cost. She wrote and signed a note instructing staff to refund in case she was not in store when I returned.
I went back to the store on 14th February. A somewhat bewildered assistant took both the original receipt and Fay’s note. She handed me a till printout that read exchange NOT refund and said the refund would be in my bank within 2 or 3 days. Of course no refund has appeared thus far . It is my opinion that she did not know how to refund and she also retained both my original receipt and Fay’s note.
Yesterday 19th I phoned the store, spoke with yet another person who said he was a manager, had never heard of Fay and was amazingly disinterested when I said I still had not been refunded.
It seems that the branch in question has no regular full time manager , so no continuity when queries arise.
Kiko I have used your products for many years and introduced others to Kiko but this service has left me feeling that it is time to buy my cosmetics from another brand.
They use phenoxyethanol which is…
They use phenoxyethanol which is endocrine disrupters in their green mascaras. Surely green mascara should be without all the added chemicals which are unsafe for us. It should never been called green in the first place. I emailed Kiko customer services and they were not interested at all. Terrible Kiko I will definitely not be buying your green range again.
The Manager in the Windsor shop was so…
The Manager in the Windsor shop was so rude. I chose my purchase, paid and left the shop. At home I realised that I been given the wrong product. I had to return to the shop, pay for parking, fuel to get there and the Manager’s attitude was I should be thankful for the staff’s help…she could not understand my inconvenience but expected me to be grateful. This is why customers, like me, vote with their feet, and do not return. Customer Service is non existent.
Product arrived smashed; eventually got some money back but I’m still out of pocket on the postage.
So, I ordered two palettes; delivery was pricy but they looked lovely. They arrived rattling around inside a cardboard box with no padding and (as a result) with the pressed powder smashed to dust. Kiko gave me the runaround to return them, and made me pay the return postage. They only reimbursed me at all when I kicked up a fuss, and didn’t repay me for the cost of either postage. Won’t use again. A great shame as the powder looked very pretty.
Fraudently keeps money - be warned they are not trustworthy
This is a terrible company, who are fraudulently keeping money. I returned faulty products and had to pay to return which is illegal with faulty goods. Then no refund 20 emails later and Customer Service are a waste of space just keep saying be patient! I just spoke to my credit card company and they have disputed the transaction. WISH I HAD CHECKED ALL THE REVIEWS.
bad experience
I made an order on the december 10th. Today is January 15.After numerous letters, they sent an answer only today, that my order was lost and they would return my money. Until that time, they just wrote that they were solving the issue. I will never order a product on this site again
Terrible web site
Terrible web site . Scammers ı order 29 on December . Today ı checked something is wrong ı thinking after ı saw bad reviews. Quickly go contact bank please. I trying to get my money back . So ı dıd.
Kiko sells used/returned products...
Opened my parcel just to realize that the powder I've ordered has been used before. Kiko is selling used/returned products. How disgusting? I've never expected this. The box of the powder had already been opened and wrinkled and the powder itself has a fingerprint....
Another lipgloss from this same order has a big dent in it, probably used too.. I am very disappointed.
I have not received my order
I have not received my order! I’ve lost my patience, It’s been over a week since I made the purchase and I haven’t received it. I’ve sent emails to customer support few times but actually There is no customer support! It’s only robot replying emails… I didn’t expect this from Kiko Milano but sounds many people have the same problem like me with Kiko!!
Please don’t go to purchase online from Kiko Milano website, they are cheaters!
Customer service is a joke !!
Customer service is a joke !!! It feels like you are talking to the computer not to real person ! I’ve ordered a Holiday Première 24H Lasting Foundation and the shade I have received was too dark and had a very yellow tone ! I’ve contacted customer services to return the item but I was told that I can’t as the product was opened !? Of course it was opened otherwise how would I find out that it’s not good !!?? Every single cosmetics company I used before give the option to return the item if you are not happy with !? I’ve requested to put a complaint but my request was ignored !! Really terrible !!
