Guys, so far you haven’t sent me a response about my request, about my refund. Do I look like a joke to you? Please, I’ve lost the little patience I had left with you. Go screw yourselves. It’s been over a month since I made the purchase and I haven’t received it. And the damn delivery time was supposed to be 8 business days. I don’t know what else to do anymore, I’ve sent countless emails, commented on posts, and you’re making a fool out of me. Give me a break!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on November 21st, and as of today, January 2nd, I still haven’t received my items. Despite sending multiple emails, many of them went unanswered or failed to provide a solution. The most recent response simply asked me to wait a few more days. My issue remains unresolved, and I’m now considering giving up on ever receiving my purchase. I’ve also requested a refund, but there has been no response to that either. I never expected such poor service from this brand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. Waste of time and money.

Would give them 0 if i could! I placed an order on the 28th November anticipating that it would take a week or so to arrive given Black Friday / Christmas. It's now the 17th December and it still hasn't shown up... Reaching out to their customer service team is utterly pointless as they just send you back your tracking details, which haven't been updated in over a week and says it's still in Germany. Really poor form, there was nothing at check out to say that it takes this long to be delivered. Never again!
I love Kiko products
I love Kiko products, however the delivery is shambolic. I placed an order on the 26th November. It is now 16th December. It wasn't shipped until the 6th Dec and has been stuck in Frankfurt Germany since the 10th Dec. I bought a selection of products as a Christmas gift for my Sister, who was visiting on the weekend of the 14th Dec (I thought I had placed the order in plenty of time). Now I have to post these to her, when all the other members of the family were given their gifts. When I contacted customer services, all I got back was here is your tracking number.....doh, do you not think I have already looked at that? pathetic response. I will never place an order online with Kiko again. Think twice if you are thinking of placing an order online, you will be waiting a month for delivery and that's if you are lucky. I am still waiting for mine :-(

I first went into Kiko in Spain about 10 years ago. I bought the eye primer which is the best I have found. About 7 years ago I placed an on line order which took for ages to arrive and I complained.
Thinking that I would try an online order years later and that delivery MUST have improved I have been disappointed.
SO FAR ... 15 days!!!! It didn't leave Italy for 10 of these days and it has now been in Germany for 3. In this time I have posted a parcel to the United States and it has arrived safely.
A little give and take for international delivery but why is my product even in Germany when I am in the UK and why did it take 10 days to even pack it? If I don't receive it this side of Christmas I will be placing a complaint.... again.

I bought eye concealer 2 weeks ago from the Windsor branch, in the form of a pen, I literally applied the tiniest amount to eye area, 11 application (11 days) and the pen is finished!!!! It’s ridicules! It was expensive!!! I would not go back to them! It really is a con. I was using L’Oreal before and it lasted me at least 3 months the same amount applied.
Bad service, ignoring request for complaint
When I tried to place an order on 02/12 the discounts disappeared from my cart at checkout. I contacted them about this multiple times and they refused to help, very rude customer service. I requested them to log a complaint due to this and they simply ignored anything I said. Wouldn’t recommend, I’m really disappointed.

Ordered some items in the buy 3 get 3 free sale, after a week they emailed to say they have cancelled my order! No reason given and when checking the items are all still in stock and selling with the same deal!
Annoying when these were for Christmas presents and I now need to wait on a refund to shop elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Kikocosmetics online. This isn't an easy review for me to type, since I used to really enjoy shopping with Kiko in person/at what was my local branch at the time. However, I have since moved to a different area where I don't have a Kiko branch anywhere nearby. Therefore, I didn't have any choice but to purchase from their website. I placed an order for some make up products for my mother's birthday gifts. Most of the products turned up fine but one of the products had a clear issue. It had either already been used or it was defective - The tip of the lip liner was smudgy and messy. It became clear that part of the tip was missing/broken off when I noticed it squished up inside the cap! I was really disappointed about the situation, especially since I had placed the order for my mother's birthday. Anyway, I contacted Kikocosmetics immediately and requested that they sent me a replacement since I need the item to complete my mother's birthday gifts. They responded and told me that they had issued me a refund, despite the fact that I had clearly requested a replacement of the product for reasons I had explained to them. I responded and reiterated what I had already said. I stressed that a refund would not resolve the matter. I need a replacement since it was bought for my mother's birthday present so I need the item. Despite the fact that I requested a replacement item yet again, Kiko ignored my email and have since proceeded with the refund. An hour ago, I received a notification email from PayPal that the refund has been actioned, although over 24 hours ago I requested a replacement item for the second time! I'm not happy about this experience at all and the unhelpful customer service I've been faced with. Kiko are responsible for the issue with the product I received - not me, and yet they have chosen not to put things right with their customer and have ignored my request. Really bad unprofessional customer service!!! It's clear they don't value me as their customer. I won't be shopping with them again and will take my custom elsewhere.
Problems with the Advent calendar complaint, Kiko did not accept the package for complaint and does not answer
I bought an advent calendar in a shop on holiday for 130 euros. At home I found that in my calendar two of the drawers are identical and contain identical products. It means that I had each of the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 boxes twice, and 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24 are missing.
Customer support sent me the address where I sent the calendar, but the package was not received. They refused to receive it!
It takes them a long time to reply, they send confused emails, it has been going on for almost a month and they are unable to resolve it!
I really hope I ever get my money back :((( even the postage for the complaint I had to pay myself and it cost more than 20 euro.

Online shopping is a joke. My order has disappeared and the contact forms are jumbled with what looks like Russian language in places. I received a despatch email but the item apparently stuck in Milan. There is no plain email address that I can find
*update*. I used an online form and got a response within 48 hours, clarifying the order status . The item arrived after 7 days (it did come from Milan)and I’m really happy and relieved it doesn’t need returning as that would be a pain. So I’m happy to increase my rating to 4* from 1*. Would I buy again from them online? Probably not . Does their online experience need a review? Yes!!!
Do not believe what you are told
I bought 3 for 2 and was informed green me brand was vegan. It is not. Took item back. Swapped for blue me. Was told item cost less than green me, then was told item was more so basically should be grateful they did swap. After paying for parking then finding out first assitant was correct and I had paid extra, (when checking online), the freebie related to just over 4 pounds in the end. Would not go back as think staff not particularly friendly and to think I thanked them, as thought it was good I did not have to pay extra for swapped item. Also cheaper on ebay, so third item not really free at all. Would stick with ebay in future, as no interaction with staff required.
