Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Recently went into my local store for foundation, used some testers to check shade, with the third tester pump top was not screwed into container so on removal of top I was completely splattered in make up. The staff were apologetic,they blamed previous customer for top being unscrewed but assured me it would wash out. It didn’t!! My favourite shirt ruined. Judging by the difficulties others have had there is no point in taking this further. I will not purchase anything from this company again.

garbage
the costumer service does not exist in my opinion, it is just bots what answers (can I call it "answer"?) the question. The App and the website is useless, instabile, the products are garbage, and arrived broken, or even one of the eyeshadow stick which was broken was pushed back with finger in the package. Dameged, dirty stuff, the packaging is terrible.. there was no sealing compound between the products... I get 2 damaged product, I try to reach the costumer service- it is impossible (they send me an e-mail, that my e-mail adress does not exist! and also there is no order in my account, but I get severeal e-mails from my order and I received that)... the intact eyeshadow stick is garbage too, there are better quality ones for cheaper from the drugstore...
Appalling Customer Service at new Angel N1 store
I love the Kiko products and is a regular customer, however, the customer service at the new Angel store in London N1, was so terrible and unprofessional, that have deter me from returning. The attitude and behaviour of some of the staff working there were so unprofessional, eg the lip stick I bought was on offers, the staff kept arguing it is not because it did not show up on the system. I asked her to go and check it on the display, grudgingly she did, there was no apology from her that she got it wrong instead angrily served me with no thanks. You need to retrain the staff there on customer service or you won’t have customers to this new store!
Ruined bronzer
I just received a package that I bought a week ago and the bronzer I bought is completely ruined and also looks used. The bronzer is not usable but the rest of the stuff is fine.

Bravo to Kiko for their best quality of makeup, every season they surprise me, but unfortunately with how much of a fan I can be of their products I have to give a negative point to the Conthey Forum Alpes store, the 3 shop assistants are inattentive, they make long conversations that are more important to charge the customer, and he stressed that it is the same every time, for that reason I will never buy there again and I think that like me there will be more people dissatisfied with the service, not with the products, I clarify.Si
Lovely sales personnel
I had such a great experience at Kiko Milano branch at Westfield Shepherd Bush today, I wanted to make a review about it. I've always used their products and love them anyway. But the lovely lady who was helping us today was so lovely and so helpful, she went out of her way to help us find the right products. I know it's part of her job but not many people are usually this helpful. She's definitely a gem to the company.
Kiko PH reagent lip gloss
Kiko PH reagent lip gloss is just fantastic, lips after a Ph reaction have a very beautiful pink shade, natural and attractive.
However, the applicator itself breaks each time. This is my second time buying the same product and same issue occurred - the applicator broke when I was using the lip gloss.
Kiko milano products are great quality
Kiko milano products are great quality. ive tried their makeup and nail polishes which i got from a brick and mortar store. however i decided to order a few things online and their dispatch and delivery time took 2 weeks each meaning about a month later i got my order. As i said, their products are quality but if you're ordering online be aware of the long shipping times.
additionally there are paper product stickers on the nail polishes that are ugly and difficult to get off.

First I was quite disappointed. I couldn't find my foundation shade. The first sale girl who assisted me told me they don't have my shade of foundation. I was about to leave. Then Jennifer the other assistant asked me if she can help. And I found my shade thanks to her. She is very helpful. Thank you Jennifer for the amazing service you provide. Kiko needs more assistant like her. Who is willing to help. Instead of saying no we don't have your shade.
Totally SCAM!!
Totally SCAM!!! 2023 December I have made an order and still have not received it. 4-5 times I have sent an email to support but only got an apology and discount for the next purchase. Really? I even haven't got the first one! I have contacted the net crime police in my country, sent evidence of bank transfers and we bigen a law procedure with Kikocosmetics. Don't buy anything, it will cost you a lot of nerves and waste time.

Have been trying to resolve a complaint since the end of Nov 2023. My complaint is concerning Gender Discrimination!!! Following my son going into a local store on behalf of his girlfriend during his lunch break (store really busy due to lunch and being close to Xmas) to buy an eye liner. The cashier used the following words to him “are you having the operation”. Needless to say he was humiliated, embarrassed, angry and wanted the ground to open up. The complaints department still have not come back to me with a suitable reply as to how they are dealing with this.
Products are good but best not to buy online
The products are not the issue. Even the wait time for the order with Brexit is fine. But for some reason ridiculous sticky labels are put on some of the products ie nailpolish which are impossible to remove. I don’t mind on the boxes but on the actual make up is odd and looks cheap. Also probably better to buy in store as it never looks like the photo online. Ie a brush I bought which was described as for applying for eyeliner is thick and messy and not fit for purpose.

Half of the products are not in stock in the Sofia, Bulgaria store plus the shop assistant is rude and has an IQ of a vegetable. Very disappointed.
Positive experience
I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but my experience ended up being positive. I received the items within 10 days from ordering which is fine and I can't wait to try them, the glosses look beautiful!
all the goods are about to expire
I purchased 15 items from their website, all of which were about to expire. Some products even expire in one month. There was even a broken lipstick. Their customer service doesn't do anything at all. I do not know what to do. Be wary of their discount promotions and then sending products that are about to expire.
