The service works but it has only reduced my ping by 10. This is not worth paying for. I have sent half a dozen emails over the past 2 weeks requesting a refund without a single response. I'm going to keep trying.

I bought the 2 year plan but I cant login in my account, got no email or verification code... nothing. Support doesn't answer any of my mails.

works pretty good for me. my isp has some routing issue so i use this to get stable connection i go from 250ms to 50ms using it. to get it working fully u gotta play with the setting and know how it works

I keep disconnected from my game ,everyday i send email to them but no one answer it,back then they still care about customer now they're gone maybe

Bought the service, and what do you know.. I have the same problem as everyone else! No change in my ping and no refund.. Fun times we live in now and days to be scammed and nothing is done about it.

product didn't work for me, made my ping actually worse. Asked for a refund and got no news back after a week and still waiting. from other reviews i'm reading it seems i might never get that money back. Don't bother with them unless you're living in the mountains or something.

They will literally ignore all your tickets forever. Even when you reclaim to Paypal, they won't even bother answering to them. They system never worked on me, and since they never supported, it looks like a nice scam

I would not recommend you using this. They never responded on my email regarding an error stating that I have to check my internet because i cant connect to the application.

I just paid for 1 month then after a day I wasnt able to use their application anymore. I tried everything on my part but it really doesnt allow me to login.

I would have rated this 5 stars but they never responded on my email until now. Im left hanging and dont know what to do.

Note that most people are either reviewing the "store" with many stars, or they're reviewing the actual service with one star, because as far as I can tell the actual ping reduction service doesn't work for anyone.

That certainly is my own experience.

I'm a professional computer consultant. It's theoretically possible for someone to buy, say, an OC3 pipeline across the country and therefore get you closer to a server through them than hopping across the normal way. But I see no evidence that Kill Ping does this. Nor anything else that might conceivably work.

In my case, the ping only got worse with both Overwatch and League, even according to their own tools.

I think their plan is simply to get people to pay for a couple of years in a lump sum, then keep the money, or pay monthly and forget to unsubscribe when it doesn't work.

I bought a couple of rings for myself and friends both in 2017 and 2018 and now I'm going back to them again for the same rings in 2019. Although they don't carry it anymore, the person who handled my case throughout those years, Mateen, has been really kind and determined to get me what I want. Hands down probably the best customer service I have ever received. Kudos to killping!

I tried out the service, I didn’t have any luck with it because I received worse ping, I couldn’t access my steam games either and kept getting errors.. I send them a message telling them my situation, just awaiting for a response and refund .. I am also a bit worried I won’t get my refund without some issues as well from the looks of people’s reviews here, luckily I paid with PayPal if that’s the case I’ll start a dispute with paypal

Purchased the software for $39.99 in 2017 to resolve a ping issue I was having. Within 30mins of the purchase I asked for a refund as I found the ping issue was due to a faulty router in the house.

Killping did not comply to my refund request even though they claim a 15day guarantee to refund, insisting that I must install the software and try it out first. I found this sketchy, why do I need to install the software if i just want to cancel and refund? After some emails, and some terrible English on their part, I realised I was just waiting my time, they're not going to give me my moneybback, so I just asked for a cancellation, and never touched the software again, not that I installed it in the first place..

Two years later we're in 2019, and I just recieved an invoice from them billing me for another $39.99 with big letters in red UNPAID..ridiculous

Im a Malaysian WoW raider & casual PvPer, My latency was around 270-300ms, after using Kill Ping my latency drop tremendously to 130-145ms. Highly recommended and great work !

I purchased a Hyper Beast hoodie on the 4th of December and received it on the 29th of December. I was fully expecting the long wait but there was a complete lack of communication in the delivery process aside from the original confirmation E-Mail.

Eventually my hoodie made it to my house and I was greeted with an overall pretty average quality package. Nothing special, but there was potential for damage to be had if other, more fragile products had been shipped in similar packages.

The product I received was of terrible quality. The stitching was poor and fraying, the print was shoddy to say the least and it was far too small to qualify as a large.

Now despite the bad quality of the product (which I don't believe they personally manufacture) the support service did an excellent job of sorting out the situation.

Mateen Khan, my support guy, was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue. He managed to sort out a total refund of the product and allow me to keep the hoodie for free.

The customer support after the incident was impeccable.

I cannot determine the quality of the other products they sell, so I'm unable to comment on that aspect. However I can very much confirm that the customer support provided to me has been outstandingly good. That certainly says something about the company!

I live around dallas and all this service did was make my ping worse. Wouldn't recommend.

These dudes are legit scammers. I tried the service, it didnt reduce ping. I cancelled within 15 hrs, took me 2 weeks to get my money back the first time. Then they direct debited me again 18 months later (was a 2 year subscription) I once again tried to recover the money through paypal. Instead of just checking their records and seeing id cancelled the subscription they argued I never payed them the cash and the transaction ID was incorrect. I provided evidence, was disregarded and escalated it to resolutions at Paypal. Paypal refunded my money. Moral of the story - Mateen at Killping dosnt care about the service provided he just wants your cash and will blatantly disregard evidence in order not to refund you.

Dont use killping (other than the fact its a physical impossibility to actually reduce your ping in the manner they state)

So, i recently bought an item off the store and the service was really nice! they would answer at the end of the day if I had any questions, they are very professional, I would recommend the online store, they sell a whole bunch of things. The quality of the item I bought is great and it arrived rather quickly. I would 100% recommend the Kill Ping Store.

Unfortunately kill ping didn't work for me, but then again, nothing does. My country is quite detached from everything.

Ping reduced randomly, and also makes me get network lag detected during game, i just lost a 1v1 for 1st place because i couldnt move for an entire minute.
