For the first month, it seemed to work, even if it seemed to fight with my Anti-malware. My gaming seemed better. After a few months though, it's own statistics were nearly doubling my ping if I used it, and it was quite noticeable. It felt like it was doing the very opposite it was intended to do. Still giving the benefit of the doubt, I contracted support and the support was good, but the product was not so much. Honestly, I uninstalled it and it started to work better now. I don't know if it was the malware fighting it, or just, my computer, but this is not a product for me.

My son ordered at ring and it was lost in delivery. I worked with customer service who did their very best to provide tracking and help. After, it didn't show up, they reimbursed my son's money and a few weeks later, sent out another ring free of charge. My son was ecstatic!

Contacted KP because their product doesn't provide any benefit according to their own statistics - connecting from Australia with Optus cable internet.
Asked for a refund and they refused initially, but eventually I got a refund.
Customer service wasn't great at first but they were reasonable in the end.

Hello everyone.

For 1 month I've had an issue with a StarCraft 2 that was so annoying, I've started to seek an answer throughout all the forums.

It was called "rubberbanding". So what would happen, despite of a good PC, wired internet, all drivers up-to-date, reinstalling the game, disabling AV and doing all the dancing with tambourines... game was lagging as hell and just unplayable. My ping was 60 and suddenly 800 every 10-20 seconds.

So I found out about this thing called KillPing. Decided to try it out... and what do you know!!! It's so excited, no more lag. Now my game is smooth and very enjoyable. Blizzard did a poor job with their servers for a SC2.

This is it. Don't hesitate, just get KillPing and definitely kill ping!

it took some time to get the hoddy I ordered but it was worth it they quality of the hoddy was very good for the price you were paying and it was so soft I'm not taking it off xD loved it

I was having issue with latency in World of Warcraft lately. So, I contacted Killping whether they can give me trial account to test the software for a day and they gladly created a three days trial account for me.

My ping without killping was 135 ms and with killping, I can play with 95ms. I even tried wtfast, but it reduced up to 99ms only. Some people might say that it is just a waste of money, but hey! if we all know that it's great to play with better ping in every MMO. Lagging in the game will make you quit the game.

Just wanted to share, A Fraudulent transaction from my Debit card was made on KillPing, I quickly contact their support and they are on to it from the start, I would like to specially name Mateen, amazing person he is, always replied never delayed anything.

I tried out the killping service for playing diablo 3. I have big lag issues, latency of 250 msec and more is a all day phenomenon. After buying killping I still had the familiar problems. So I wrote the support. They were very kind and helpful. Very quick all in all. Together we found out, that my latency problems have nothing to do with my isp/server route. They named some problems, which could cause my latency issues. All in all I thank the Killping company for a very friendly behaviour and its outstanding support.

Baught the fmouse and there was Only one bad video about it on YouTube so my friends told me i had gotten scammed but then after a month it showed up

Shipping took about a month. Products are very nice, but the service is just incredible. Best customer service ever. Have never experienced something like that ever. Whatever problem you'd have, they will fix it. My package got lost (because of a neighbor, not KillPing) and they helped me a long the way. Impressed.

Although one of the items I ordered didn't fit properly, Kill Ping immediately shipped another in the correct size. My son and I were grateful when it arrived expectantly before Christmas! The customer service was excellent!

the best application to make your ping more better, not so expensive to subscribe it... the Assistant is really nice will finish any proble you have, TRUST ME!!

this is from my experience, but i am pretty sure people are way luckier with killping than i am, if i were to rate it in its first days on my console, 5 stars wouldn't be enough.

My ping increased two times what it was before and I asked for a refund but I didn't get a response for my emails even though it says the emails have been received.

Great product. If you have a bad ISP or bad Routing, killping is that what you need! Good prices very good support. They care about you.
