Terrible customer service, had an order sit for weeks with no updates right before the holidays, so am left empty handed on Christmas. For context, they advertised dates to order by to receive orders before Christmas, and I ordered a full week before thay date. After response, they admit they made an error, and their response was the bare minimum and extremely slow. Would never purchase from this company again, just pray you don't have an issue with your order. Who knows how long they would have left me with no update, if I hadn't went out of my life way to say something.

I really like the top I bought, fits exactly like in the photos and the embroidery is really cool but it did come with some loose threads that I had to cut off. Would just expect the finish to be better.

Bought the okay jumper and I wear it every week at least once!! I love the sleeves and the embroidery is just so me but the back of it does poke into my chest so I need to have a top underneath at all times but that’s minor. Shipping was also very fast and I would definitely recommend! I’m thinking about getting the blue one too.

My package was apparently delivered by usps but I didn’t get it. I was home all day waiting and no one came to the door and I didn’t get any missed calls or anything. Contacted usps and they said to contact the seller AKA kina and tam and they refused to send me a replacement. I’m a loyal customer and have spent a couple of hundred in their store and I would love to continue to buy their stuff but I’m just really peeved off at this experience…

I have fallen in love with bright obnoxious grandad style vests and my thrift trips over the year have proven unsuccessful so I’m so stoked to have found Kina and Tam. I was initially super nervous when I placed the order as I read mix reviews and that they apparently get their stuff off super cheap chinese websites that are notorious for their poor quality but the 2 vests that came are so beautiful and surprisingly better made than some of the things I own that have cost me way more. The yellow and red flower vest I got is so well knitted and 100% cotton too and I also got the wallflower pastel one that is so darn soft. As a design freak, I do wish the designs carried to the back of the vest too, but this is very minor.

I was gifted the funky floral vest on my birthday and just bought a worm sweater from their popup and the sales assistant was so personable but not pushy. The knits are so wonderful and well-made and I also love that everything is 100% cotton so I can actually wash them and they do not itch AT ALL! I think the sizes are a little on the smaller side though so that's something I would pay attention to - I'm glad I was able to try my sweater before I bought it. I opted for a larger size than I would've normally.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I literally ordered from their shop on Black Friday November 28, 2021 and STILL haven’t received my package! Don’t buy their clothes because it’s just straight from Aliexpress and Aliexpress would’ve been faster at shipping than this clown company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND!

Dropshippers. Quality is horrible, sizing is weird and inconsistent. Don't waste your money on this lazy fast fashion brand. If you want to buy Kina & Tam products from Aliexpress direct, search for "Bebobson's Playful Store". Better yet, buy sustainable, ethical, and local fashion.

Really really impressed with my sweaters from Kin and Tam, they're very very well made for the price that you're paying. I've paid more for a sweater at Lisa Says Gah and Lazy Oaf for lesser quality and so I'm very pleasantly surprised, I will definitely be buying more knitwear from them! The only con I would say is that delivery is a little longer than what I'm used.

I actually purchased the duck sweater off Aliexpress after reading that they source from there and the sweater that arrived was so horribly made like threads everywhere and really cheap scratchy acrylic...soo dissapointing. I found multiple people that have purchased the duck sweater from Kina and Tam through IG as I was curious to see what they thought about the quality and everyone I spoke to said that the sweater they purchased from Kin and Tam was really good quality and so I decided take the risk and purchased the sweater again off Kina and Tam's website and it's just arrived and I am so genuinely surprised and happy at how amazing the quality of Kina and Tam one is. It is very comfortable and high quality, way better than what I was expecting. Honestly, I'm really confused with what people are saying as it's not exactly lining up for me...but either way, I'm very happy with the duck sweater that I purchased from Kina and Tam.

People, don't buy from here. It's a scam. They order their clothes from AliExpress and mark them up for 10 times the price. They're selling a duck sweater for $90 that you can get for $20 or less from AliExpress, and they're both made in the same factories in China. Don't let the aesthetic website and nice photos fool you.

Good stuff here - I'm loving the new vest. Everything is super unique and unlike anything I can find in the shops, I'm a dude and I gather from their models that this brand typically caters to women but the designs, colours and and sizing is feels very genderless and unisex. Keep it up and I'll be purchasing more.

I was definitely a little apprehensive when I placed my order after reading all of these reviews but my daughter wanted their 'Worm Sweater' for her birthday. I scowered the Internet to see if I could find it sold elsewhere with no luck and so I decided to take the plunge and to my relief, it was well worth it! The knit is so well-made and highly detailed and my daughter is so happy with it. Delivery was long - I chose the free option and it didn't make it in time for her birthday which is unfortunate but the quality makes up for it and I'd be happy to purchase again.

Please do not support Kina and Tam. Previously, they are retailers from China. This means that they get their stocks from independent brands in China. Mainly knock off items from original designers Takasha and Damouusho, Cream Dessert etc. But recently, I have just found out that they are reproducing the exact same items into more sizes which I think is unfair for the original designers. They are claiming it as "their" own designs. Some of the designs, they tweak like the OKAY JUMPER, was originally from a chinese brand but they tweaked the design so they can put in their brand name. They have just published a page in their website about their 'sweat-free' factory partners. Disgusting. Please don't support kina and tam. Let them design their own items!

Most of their items are from a factory in China that has illegally pirated the original design from two major brands TAKASHA and DAMOOSU (you can check them in Taobao)

TAKASHA and DAMOOSU are two brands well-known for "Big Kid's Clothing" in China, more precisely, for teenage girls

TAKASHA only manufactured 1000 pieces for each design. All the clothing you see on the K & T site are pirated copies from previous seasons.

It is impressive how they are good with influencer marketing and make people believe it is a brand from Australia and sell them 10 times more expensive

The factory I mentioned above is the supplier of the Bebobsons shop on Aliexpress

Not sure whether Kina and Tam order from Aliexpress with dropshipping or from the factory directly, sure it is not ethical nor good quality

Their Instagram account got deleted, probably there is copyright infringement

A message to Kina and Tam:
Time to invest the money you made a rip-off from people to make your own design, more sustainable for the future of your business

Cheap and poorly made- dimensions of the sweater were completely different from photo as well as color. If the color is different that is proof enough to get them to accept fault. They told me I had to pay shipping and then they would reimburse me. $42 return shipping to aus.

I purchased an item on november 14th 2020. I got a shirt that was 39.99 and a free pair of earrings. it took such a long time and i finally received the free earrings on december 21st, but not the shirt. I emailed them asking what might have happened. as i understand how the post office has been slower due to the pandemic i thought it was just that. But the tracking app i use never showed the location and i just found a new tracking app that shows that my earrings shipped and were received by me but there is no information on the actual purchased item, kinda like they never shipped it?:/ i think i was scammed and paid $40 for their free item. very disappointed.

I paid $40 for five pairs of socks and all of the socks have strings hanging off of them. I mean for 40 bucks couldn't you have sowed them a little tighter. Plus, immediately after I made my online purchase with them someone started using my debit card info to purchase onlyfans content!
