So bad experience purchasing here
So bad experience purchasing here. No one contact me back after placed an order. I don't even know where my order is?
Just another drop ship scam
As mentioned by other users, this 'company' is a facade for yet another scammy drop-ship. These items are mass produced in China for wholesalers where I have no doubt the workers are paid next-to-nothing in shoddy conditions, then Kina & Tam mark up the items a huge amount, and sell them as boutique. It's really disgusting and I hope more people come to realise what is going on. Look on AliExpress or similar to find these exact items for a fraction of the cost.
they mark up wholesale clothing from China
Almost ordered from Kina and Tam, glad I didn't. After doing some research, it became clear that Kina and Tam orders wholesale from China and charges over double the price for each item. Bebobsons Playful Store on Aliexpress has the exact same items for way cheaper, and Kina and Tam hasn't even bothered to change the model images they use for their clothing. I really like the clothing designs, which made me initially want to order from Kina and Tam, but supporting fast fashion like this is totally not cool. Do not buy from Kina and Tam or Aliexpress, buy from actual small businesses with unique clothing.
Disappointed with my hand bag from Kina…
Disappointed with my hand bag from Kina & Tam. Pictures showed the bag to be a beige/off-white colour however the bag is actually a very obvious green colour. I was really looking forward to the colour I saw on the website of the croc style bag. Pictures put on the website should not be edited this much. Quality of material did not meet my expectations either.
Speedy returns during the pandemic
absolutely love my jumper and received…
absolutely love my jumper and received a free gift of some earrings which are also so cute! very very happy :)
Mixed feelings but overall good
First of all the kina and tam website is very aesthetic and artsy so of course I was drawn in. I luv the sweater I got! It looks and fits like it did on the model with a few differences obviously cuz she’s stick skinny and well I’m not. I didn’t really notice that the quality was a bit worse then I had been expecting until I looked at the earrings. Oh boy. I got the ones with the little hands and the pearls and they looked so fake so I bit them to try and taste the metal and it made a dent!! What the heck I thot this was more ligit then that. So then I went and read customer reviews and realized most ppl hated it but I can’t say I did. I think my sweater came in like two weeks which is fast enough for me and nothing was loose or shredding and it looked like the picture so I’m pretty dang happy. Lastly though, even though I am happy I must say it was very overpriced. I would say the most they could ask for for any of their stuff is like 50$ Considering quality and shipping delay and that is still pricy. This was sorta an impulse buy on my part tho but I guess my overall msg is don’t let the cute and funky aesthetic of the page and the super unique designs distract u from the reality that it does ship from China so can take a long time to get there, and may be broken and is definitely not the good quality u were expecting.
cheap
I recently ordered earrings and it took almost 2 months to arrive; enough time to forget that I had even ordered anything. Upon arrival, the earrings were nice but definitely not worth the price and I even used a promo! I found out later you can get the same earrings off wish, Shein, and Ebay for under a dollar... LOL.
It might just be that they do make…
It might just be that they do make create their own design because it is special and the material itself seems decent enough. But the end product is definitely not worth the price. A dress that was on sale from something like 90 EUR to 65 had entire pieces of thread coming out of the hem. The sewing altogether looks worse than the cheapest Chinese mass-market products. The free ear-rings are terrible, just terrible, heavy and uncomfortable, cheap metal that they put in a little box with their logo on it - the lil box, again, very cheaply produced, looking awful.
Made me feel like i was simply ripped off. Not kewl, not kewl at all.
Very nice marketing though.
Like others
Like others, I ordered a sweater and never received the item. Customer service condescendingly told me that it was a usps issue and never received another answer other than that, even when usps couldn’t find the package with the tracking number I was given
Happy purchaser!
Got both of my products: earrings and a sweater. Definitely worth the money, as it is very high quality. I received my items in 3 weeks and I could not be happier! I even ordered another item with another pair of free earrings!
Super cute!
I ordered the Farmhouse Animal Vest from them and received it after 3 weeks. Despite the long wait, I was still satisfied with the overall experience as the product received was true to picture :). Design is original and quality of product is good as well!
Recommended for those who would be willing to wait for the products to be shipped.
marking up prices on cheap items from china
some of their items are definitely knock-offs of Korean brands, and other items can be found for a LOT cheaper on sites like YesStyle, which clearly shows that they're getting cheap clothes from China and are just marking the price up by massive amounts. that's why people have issues with the sizing too - all of the sizes are likely Asian sizing, which means they're a lot smaller. that's also why it takes so long to ship out.
The quality is really bad !
The quality is really bad !! It is expensive items, i baught a 90$ jacket, so i expected it to be right. Instead it is rather a weak cardigan with no pocket, size very short and cropped, not at all oversized like on the picture (the skinny model maybe wore the XXL?), and the quality is just bad. The designs are original that's why i still put 2 stars.
Looks nothing like the picture
Looks nothing like the picture.
The sweater looks veggie, nice and oversized on the website.
but its very tiny in real life. looks like a small size crop top.
Colors are off as well. when you receive them they look cheaper.
Ships from China... takes long time to get your item.
when returning it you have to ship to Austraila.
To ship 1 sweater its like $40 dollars to ship back. and the sweater cost like $60.
You are forced to keep the item.
I bought the Perfect Day Sweater and it…
I bought the Perfect Day Sweater and it had a great shopping experience. I was a little wary initially as I've had bad online shopping experiences in the past but the sweater arrived and it's everything that I hoped for and more. The sweater itself is soft, comfy and in a super cute boxy fit. I was also gifted a pair of free earrings, you get to pick from 4 pairs and I chose the the naked lady one which is super unique. If I had to improve on thing it would be delivery times. My package came from Korea and so took about 2 weeks+ to arrive and I had some complications with delivery. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful and luckily I was able to locate my package in the end with some direction. In general, a great shopping experience.
Definitely wouldn't recommend buying…
Definitely wouldn't recommend buying the Blossom Clutch Box Bag. It looks very pretty in the picture, it looks like the flowers are pressed and treated. But they are very clearly made of paper and plastic, many of them are brown, not yellow which makes it look like they are dying. You can see big clumps of glue being used to keep them in place. Overall, it just looks cheap and definitely isn't worth $59.99.
