The way customer service handles orders is extremely satisfying

Hasty replies and quick to solve your issues.

I am still waiting on my order to arrive and that is my fault. The order had arrived at an address but I moved so I had to reschedule with customer service.

Kind Eyes is trustworthy and their products are quality.

Scam 100 percent
Ordered a pair of glasses off their website and they sent me a pair that look similar to what is shown on their website but instead are a cheaper pair from china.

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I waited two months for these glasses to come in the mail. On their website they say they come from Canada. They are from China and are made out of the cheapest plastic. I paid $60 for these. On the package everything is in Chinese. You will NOT be happy with what you get. I was worried be because of how long it was taking for them to be delivered so I started looking at the reviews and they all say the same. If it’s a good review it’s fake.

I love the glasses, but what’s very impressive is the great customer service. Prompt response and great care for their customers.

FRAUDS IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD

Placed an order for international shipping (outside the US), upon checkout did not receive a tracking number.

Contacted customer service, they were quick and friendly to reply that I will be informed as soon as it arrives to my country. 30-45 working days later I still get nothing. By then my payment had already gone through and they were no longer incentivized to respond to my emails. It's been 3 months since the order and I still havent received the product or an email response.

Absolutely pathetic to disguise their cause with a charity initiative.

Kind Eyes are far from kind. Avoid this business at all costs.

SCAM Alert! They are selling cheap china-made blue light glasses at a crazy markup with delivery times of over 4 weeks. Here is the exact sunglass pair that they are selling at 3$ from China:

There whole "Charity" plan also seems to be a complete scam and this is probably run by some "drop shipper" scammer. Beware!

Update: They are literally lying about the production of these products. Quote from their about us page: "We use premium materials and maintain exceptionally high standards for quality and social responsibility. Each pair of frames is hand-cut from a single piece of acetate, making them more comfortable and flexible than lesser quality injection-molded frames." / This is totally ridiculous! None of these glasses are hand cut and call simply be found on Aliexpress for $3.69 and are directly sent to the customer from China.
