I haven't sampled the product yet, so this review is about the service. I sent an email asking when my order would be delivered, as it had been a week since I'd made an order. This was ignored. I then had to phone them up to find out what was going. I ordered the items on 2 May and my order was finally delivered on 15 May. Other companies deliver within two or three days or advise to allow a certain period for delivery. I shan't be ordering anything more from them, even if the product is any good.

I bought two protein powder sachets which would have fitted into a normal size envelope. Instead it was sent in a big box with lots of excess packaging. Was a complete waste of packaging and looked ridiculous.

Having tried most of the whey products on the market, I was expecting more of the same, but I was pleasantly suprised!! Kinetica whey is by far the best I've tasted (I tried all 3 flavours too!), it mixed easily and had nothing left but a great aftertaste! Only problem is I keep drinking more - I've had to buy a 4.5KG bag just so I have enough?!! :D

The product is good, but I damaged mine when first using as the warning about careful handling of the inner membrane was too small. it should be bigger and fully underlined to avoid this problem.

I bought the stack that was on offer. Got them a few weeks ago and making my way through all the supplements and proteins.
I have been working out for years now and up until I got kinetica I was using other Proteins.
Kinetica tastes good. The bars give me the sugar fix I need in the afternoons. However the true test will be after I complete the stack and look at the before and after shots.

Just wondering if you considered selling a box of gels with different flavors in it - might be an idea.

I posted the review "Disappointing" as I had ordered a box of Milk Pro Toffee 60g (box of 12). They were advertised as Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF). However, I only received one box.

I have since been contacted and advised that the problem was that I only added one box of bars in the basket - not two. "It’s a normal practice ‘with buy 1 get 1 free’ offers – more or less the same as in a supermarket, to add two items in the basket for one to be discounted"...fair point!

The additional has now, free of charge box has been sent separately.

I guess I am going to have to eat my words and another 12 bars. Nice one Kinetica.

I'd happily recommend Kinetica Sports to friends who want good, reasonably priced nutritional supplements. The company dealt with the order in reasonably quick time.

Fantastic product, tastes great. Why buy a fatty snack when you can have 20gms of great protein.

the milkpro bars taste amazing, by far the best high protein bars for taste out there, and ive tried maximuscle, cnp, etc, js every brand. chocolate orange taste just like jaffa cakes and the toffee are really nice too, although i prefer choc orange. the only one bad thing about the bars is the saturated fat content, apart from that, they are perfect!

Give delivery and products arrived perfectly. Also received free energy drink which was appreciated.

I asked for a pack of free samples and then ordered the strawberry flavoured whey protein. Other proteins have always made me feel a bit sick after having them, but I genuinely enjoy the taste of this product. Excellent!
