Digital thermometer is useless
After a positive experience with Kinetik blood pressure monitor their digital thermometer proved absolutely useless, if not dangerous. It persistently shows much lower readings compared to mercury or hospital grade devices. I can't understand why it is promoted by affiliation with ambulance.

Don’t even think of wasting money on this cooperate scam machine. 3 different readings world apart. 6.1/7.4/8.9 which are you to believe ? This machine causes unnecessary depression due to false readings. When your actually 6.1 it shows you 8.9. It’s like playing the lottery with strips. Expensive strips - wrong readings. STOP SCAMMING! By the way I even asking for a refund for a miserable £25. I’m just saying this is a shamble machine! & absolutely expensive to maintain buying lancets & strips with inaccurate reading.
Nice product
I purchased a blood pressure monitor for my dad. It is a nice product, easy to use and accurate.
Rubbish product
Bought a bpm base model as it was recommended by my NHS consultant in Oct 24. Stored unopened for 2 months, then when I tried to use it didn't work, dead unit, tried different batteries etc. Still didn't work. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.

Disappointment from the customer service
I have been a loyal customer of Kinetic Well-Being for a long time. I own two of their thermometers and have always recommended their products to friends and family. However, my recent experience with their customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Since December 2024, I have been trying to get a replacement cover for my forehead and ear thermometer after losing one part, which now prevents me from using its full functions. I reached out to their customer support, and they initially assured me they would send a replacement cover for free—I only needed to pay for the postage. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the payment link to proceed with the order. It’s frustrating to be left waiting for months with no resolution, especially after being told I would receive help. If this is how they handle loyal customers, I can’t imagine how they treat new ones. This experience has seriously made me reconsider my trust in Kinetic Well-Being, and I can no longer recommend their products until they improve their customer service. This review keeps it professional but makes it clear that their lack of response is unacceptable.
After my review and a couple of weeks I received the replacement part.

So easy to use. Love it .
I needed a new blood pressure machine as mine previous machine was old and needed to be recalibrated. This machine was so easy to use and set up avd it even links automatically to my phone and notes down my latest reading. It allows both myself and my husband to have separate profiles as well . Just a fantastic piece of kit. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Really disappointed in the Kinetic Tens machine it has been a nightmare from start to finish finally breaking after 6 weeks not impressed the company are very unhelpful took it back for a refund from where I got it from. Further to your reply i have been in touch with customer services twice totally unhelpful I also know how to use the tens machines and how to put batteries in and how and when the pads need changing this is same with all tens machines. The customer care team did not know what the warning symbol was telling me there was a fault.

BG-710 blood glucose monitor is useless.
I recently bought a BG-710 blood glucose monitor from Kinetik. I've been using it for about a month and every single morning my fasted glucose level shows between 5.8 and 6.8 which according to everything I read is too high. With the monitor comes a control solution which I thought would be of a known value in order to calibrate the meter to guarantee accurate results. This is not the case as the test strips have a value of between 14-22mmol/L which I find unbelievable. Does this mean that when I use the test solution then any reading on the meter between 14 and 22 means that the meter is working correctly? Eh? With such a wide spread of 8 units this means that my blood could be tested and show 2mmol/L on the meter when it could actually be 10mmol/L or vice versa. What is the point of the control soIution? What is the point of the meter? It's to generate profit - nothing else. I would have expected the range on the test strips when tested with the control solution to be for example between 5 and 5.2mmol/L which would be an acceptable degree of accuracy. What a completely useless piece of junk this meter is. I did call and speak to support and they understood what the problem was but could do nothing about it. Guess I just have to accept that the meter is useless and Kinetic don't care, they have made a sale. Don't waste your money on any Kinetic rubbish.
What an absolute waste of money
What an absolute waste of money
Purchased the blood sugar monitor
Day 1 3 consecutive tests within seconds
Test one 7
Test two 6.2
Test three 7.2
Same blood sample :/
What a waste of money
THANKS FOR THE RIDICULOUS REPLY
HOW CAN THE SAME PERSON GET A READING OF 1.2 DIFFERENCE WITHIN SECONDS
IT PROVES THE DEVICE IS INACCURATE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Formal Complaint
I wish to lodge a formal complaint of the way the above order has been handled where the delivery address was clearly given, as per confirmation of order, to Tugford Convenience Store but DPD Local, being the designate courier, delivery address was simply given as Tugford Road resulting in delivery refused.
DPD now provides the following : Your request to change your delivery address will now be delivered Monday 12th Aug to the following address. Despite telephoning 'Customer Care' explaining this devise was urgently required, even offering to pay additional charges, to expedite delivery. This is extremely poor customer service to remedy a mistaken delivery address explaining, being an 80 year old disabled pensioner with Multiple Sclerosis, COPD combined with lung cancer, with a need to regularly check both blood oxygen levels and pulse rate to avoid emergency hospitalisation. This could be achieved if I am able to 'control' my breathing.
The urgency is due to MS not able to cope with hot weather with an inability for COPD to cope with humidity. One condition plays against the other.

Don’t expect a call back regarding any problems with your devices bought. Have rung them twice and pointed out that they didn’t bother to ring me back as I was told!!
Rang again and still not a call back. The blood glucose strips in my monitor are not on prescription like they state on Amazon and their site
Shocking customer service
Bought a blood pressure monitor which has developed a fault, tried to contact customer service several times with no response. Would not recommend to anyone.
Blood glucose monitor
Blood glucose monitor - terrible device. Used half the supplied strips and got Error 4 insufficient blood or Error 2 damaged strip. Out of the 25 strips only 1 worked. Also the lance only worked randomly so had to give up using it and simply stabbed myself with the needles. The instructions are confusing and don't explain all the symbols properly or the colour indicator bar. I'm returning it for a full refund. Simply a terrible device.
Great Service Great priduct
Nebuliser, purchased to ease my brothers COPD symptoms, great product, clear instructions, easy to use. He has had other nebulisers but none that seems to work as well as this one.
Quick delivery great service by Kinetik Wellbeing
The Kinetik in-ear digital thermometer GIVES WRONG READINGS
The Kinetik in-ear digital thermometer I purchased recently does NOT give correct readings. I felt unwell and as if I had a temperature. The thermometer recorded only 36.5. I dismissed how I felt and went about my day, and got substantially sicker. Subsequent comparison shows that the Kinetic thermometer is always 2-3 degrees below actual temperature. The only point in using this device is if it is accurate. Since it is not, it can only be dangerous. Do NOT use this product

Great customer service by professional team. DPD didn't deliver the first one, I flagged this up and a replacement was with me the next day.
Disappointed doesn’t say how angry I am about this purchase-…
I am so disappointed in the device- sold to me as one used by the NHS. I’ve used it once a month since I purchased in late September. Except on nov 16 it’s stopped registering batteries or registering any readings. No response when I press memory or reset buttons. Complete waste of money and really frustrating cos now I don’t know my glucose readings. This feels like a scam and I hate that I was suckered.
