Amazing Customer Service!!

Amazing Customer Service!!

We bought a blood pressure monitor from Argos and ended up loosing the battery cover the same day in the hospital. I emailed customer services to ask if I could purchase a new battery cover from them. I got a reply saying that they did not sell spare battery covers but they would check when they came back from the show if they had a spare one on one of the samples that they had. Lauren was very kind to send me one when they got back from the show at no cost. Excellent customer service I must admit. Thank you again. Would definitely recommend this company and their products.

I ordered Automatic Blood Pressure…

I ordered Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor - TMB-1970 and asked Kinetic Team to cancel the order on same day as I found another option . Even I got confirmation email that i will get my money back from Lauren from Customer support team . But they delivered it and when I now called them to take it back and give my money back they refused it. Really making fool of customers.

Exceptional Customer Service

An item I needed was out of stock via the web site so I rang to see when it would be available and explained why I needed it. The customer service team were very quick to offer help, arrange delivery of the item, which was available and just about to go on line again.
Excellent customer service and the Kinetik product I am using is very good quality

Fantastic customer service

Prompt delivery though one of the component parts of the oximeter was found to be defective on arrival.
Raised the issue via email and a replacement was sent out the same day.
One very happy customer

A short life for thermometer

Lousy experience. Worked when new (bought to record temps when wife was on chemo). Doesn’t work now (wife’s cancer has returned). Needs recalibrating, but no means of recalibration and company says it would be cheaper to purchase a new item.

No further help from the manufacturer/supplier apart from a couple quid discount if we buy another. I’m certainly not going to buy another, which may suffer the same fate - not in a month of Sundays! I am not that gullible!!

Unfortunately, in this instance, your thermometer is over 4 years old. Most home-use thermometers (regardless of brand) have a shelf life of three-five years, which is due to calibration of the product and storage. At Kinetik Wellbeing, we offer a service (for devices that are in or out of warranty and for Kinetik or non-Kinetik thermometers) where customers can send in their product if they have any concerns, and we will run a free test on them to determine if they are reading accurately.

If the product is found to be inaccurate, we offer to recycle the unit and in turn offer a discount for a new thermometer. This is what we offered to you, and we think is fair considering the age of the product.

Great product easy to use

Product was as described and has proven reliable. Only criticism is that the battery compartment cover is tricky to remove and, despite taking great care, we managed to damage a small plastic component meaning that the cover would not close; this appears to be a design fault. However, customer service was great and a replacement was sent promptly.

My TENS machine is working again

I had a call to go through the use of my TENS machine which didn’t seem to be working properly. The assistant was very helpful and polite and we managed to get it working again very quickly with a few helpful tips for future use.
