Avoid going here at the Trafford centre
Visited the Kingdom of Sweets at the Trafford Centre as my son wanted a couple sweets. £2 odd for 100g. When it came to paying it was a rip off. The price “apparently” came to £8 but then the guy wrote £8.02 in his card reader so I asked why he put more on when he said £8, he said the wind was making the machine fluctuate. He re-set and it came to £7 odd, I made sure he put the correct price in the card reader. They give you massive bags so it weighs more and I literally only got a couple sweets for my little boy. Should have known better and gone to the sweet shop inside. AVOID AT ALL COSTS RIP OFF AND THEY PUT THE WRONG COST IN THE CARD READER WHICH IS WRONG ON ALL COUNTS!
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off, giant bags and scoops to try and confuse you, we bought 3 bags and came to £39. I would have paid maybe £10 for the same amount in my local sweet shop. What makes it worse is, they weren't even good quality, they looked like popular jelly sweets but tasted rubbish. Will never be fooled by them again.
A total rip off dont even go there…
A total rip off dont even go there totally misleading under a quarter of a bag for £23 you live and learn , never again
huge rip off!!
Have never seen such a rip off in my life. Wasn’t very clear on their prices at the stall, went conservatively on putting sweets in the bag. Only to find that it was £2.99 per 100g… guy in front went crazy when they told him his bag was £90 so basically that was 3kg.
In comparison you can go online and get 3kg from lots of places for £20 or less.
Tried to check their website but seems it’s been designed by an amateur who doesn’t think it’s important to make sure it works on safari or many other popular mobile browsers.
Wouldn’t recommend. Stay well clear of them.
Bag’s better quality!
Knew they were a rip off but bought some anyway. Thought the empty bag was heavy so weighed it when we came home. 20gms! Makes to sweets even more expensive.
Rudeness/judging people
Visited today for a special family trip to London following a rubbish 6 months. The manager/owner snatched my sons sweets and told him that be expensive and you will have to pay for them! Wait a minute, I am his parent who was stood with him and I will decide what’s enough, in actual fact I told him he could have whatever he wanted!
Absolutely discusting prices !!
Absolutely discusting prices !!! At least dick Turpin wore a mask !! Hang your heads in shame ! And the paper bags they use to put your sweets in before weighing are thick and heavy 🤷♀️great for bumping up the price also !!! Total rip off 😡
Don't go to this shop it's very…
Don't go to this shop it's very expensive. How any one can charge the prices like this for sweets for kids and get away with it. You should be closed down.
What a rip off price
What a rip off price. Went to the one in Manchester outside Trafford Park Shopping Centre (in the fair ground). Paid over £12 for not many for two young children. By Lindt chocolate for that price. What a rip it was.

If I could give no stars I would AVOID
If I could give no stars I would. They don’t give a receipt, make sure you get one. Sweets have gone off and gummies are rock hard, they deleted my comments on social media also, yes they are really expensive but I was willing to see passed that as it was a treat for my sons birthday. They went in the bin, and they would do nothing even though I paid via card and could prove purchase they wouldn’t do anything
Avoid avoid avoid
Rip off!
This shop is a rip off as all products are for sale at extremely high prices. Also lots of out of date sweets and staff who don’t care! Visited Piccadilly Circus branch to look for retro sweets and came away empty handed and thankful that I didn’t buy anything. Obviously aimed at tourists with money to burn. Reported out of date sweets to their website but (as expected) have not received any reply.
Do not shop here!
Do not shop here!! Store looks great and very appealing to kids, but it's disgusting the prices they charge £25.12 for pick and mix which had very little sweeties in it. Will not be back, hope it closes down as they are ripping people off.
