Amazing sales support, even late into the evening! Can really recommend.

Issues re installing a disc to my MacBook Air. Despite this happening on a Sunday, Darren rang me and talked me through the re installation until I was able to complete the rest myself. Darren then checked in every couple of hours to see how I was getting - and didn’t charge a penny. Kingfisher will be the only computer shop I use from now and I’ll be sourcing a Mac from them soon. Highly recommended! Thanks again.

i had problems with my email and my lenovo laptop was running slow. i also purchased mcaffee antivirus but it wasn't working. Darren contacted mcaffee for me and got a full refund. Then installed a new antivirus. Now my laptop is running like a dream. Any problems i called darren and he fixed my issues remotely over the internet

Thank you for fixing my apple macbook pro, after i went to the apple genius bar and they quoted me a small fortune to repair my macbook.

So all the way from MIDDLESBROUGH to ITALY i got in touch with dash the owner of kingfisher computers.The kids laptop was crashing and freezing all the time so to fix this dash had to be connected to my laptop which he did REMOTELY all the way from ITALY.So a few minutes later dash had full access to my laptop so he could start the REMOTE REAPIR DURING LOCKDOWN a few hours later all fixed and running sweet as as a nut.I myself would personally reccomend DASH AND THE KINGFISHER TEAM to fix any problem you take to them i'm so gratefull of you taking your time out during this unprecidented time during LOCKDOWN many thank and will be using again jonathon stay safe over there pal love from my family to your family

I am currently in isolation and was having computer issues which meant I could not do my work from home.
Spoke to Darren on Facebook about it within a hour he had completely fixed my issues remotely highly recommended if you are on isolation and having computer issues mac or Windows don't hesitate to give these guys a message or call

Kingfisher Computers have repaired all of my computers from Windows Laptops to iMacs!

I class myself as a bit of an amateur techy. When I get stuck with something I'll always run it by the lads at Kingfisher. They're always happy to help. In the past 6 years Kingfisher have provided the following jobs for me at a 5-star rating:

1. Laptop Screen Replacement after I accidentally stood on the screen(Woops!)
2. External hard drive recovery.
3. New trackpad in my Macbook Pro (I spilt vape liquid on my trackpad and the lads helped out massively with this one!)
4. MacBook Pro SSD and RAM upgrade. My 2012 Macbook Pro now runs as good as one of the newer models! Thank you for saving my baby!
5. 2011 iMac SSD upgrade. Once you go SSD you never go back!
6. New Gaming Laptop - They sourced a gaming laptop for me.
7. Keyboard replacement/ Water damage repair - I stupidly spilt coffee on my gaming laptop and the lads sourced the parts and got it back up and running in no time!

I couldn't be happier with the service i received from kingfisher computers in Hartlepool.

i was a customer many years ago but moved out of Hartlepool, down to Hull, due to work several years ago.

Anyhow i received an email from kingfisher, regarding an offer they had. The offer was a platinum computers offer. To speed up my computer up to 10 times.

Initially, i thought, should i unsubscribe to the email.

But then I decided its an opportunity to go to Hartlepool, visit the family. And see how the old town was doing. And take up this platinum offer as it was £100 off.

So from an early morning drive, this morning I called into the shop on church street after a 2hour dreary trip.

Only to be welcomed by smiling faces, and they even recognised me, to my amazement, with the welcoming statement "long time no see." as if they remembered me.

Astonishingly, within two hours, i received a phone call that my laptop was ready.

I nipped down to the shop, and the guys even offered me a cup of coffee, that I gladly accepted.

While drinking the coffee and having a chat. They gave me a demo of what they had done to my machine. With a video of turning the computer on before, and then turning it on now!

No exaggeration. Before it was over 3 minutes to boot up and now it powered on in seconds.

not even enough time to put the kettle on. "as that was my previous habit."

When i saw the advert, I did think "it cant be ten times faster". But anything would have been an improvement. But id like to say its much more than ten times faster.

They showed me how to use the software they installed. And how to run the antivirus and keep windows updated.

I would say that the offer I took up was called the platinum computer, but i received much more than this.

Something that id like to call platinum service. But its more than that its more of a Diamond service. With a ruby smile.

If you received this offer, I would recommend it to anyone.

Very happy with the service from this shop. I took mt desktop in as I thought I had all of my pictures off my computer. this shop managed to find them. But advised me on an upgrade and the hard drive needed replacing. as I was confident on these guys ability after retrieving all of my photos I went ahead with it. I also decided tp upgraded 2 of my laptops aswell by adding solid-state drives and more RAM after their recommendation. Honestly, I didn't know what they were talking about, but they assured me it would make them like new plus better than ever. I could not have made a better choice. They now perform lots better than when they were new! It was all done within a day and a half. they also advised me to start making backups. so rather than sell me an external drive, they told me where I could buy an external drive as they had none in stock and they found me what I needed for the best price and sent me to Tescos to buy it. then showed me how to use it. to do my backups. I couldn't recommend this company enough! customer service first rate and unsurpassable.

Even though the lads couldn't fully diagnose the issue with my PC they did not charge me anything and gave some excellent advice. Nice friendly would highly recommend. Many Thanks

Booking an appointment was quick and easy, the no fix no fee diagnostic was fast and thorough, lovely employees with great customer service! My motherboard couldn’t be saved, however I got great advice on what to do next to get my computer back up and running. Would recommend, especially if your computer usage is gaming oriented.

Fixed my Samsung s7 screen, got quoted from else where but other shops give me a no confident feeling but the people in kingfisher, made me feel welcome n the impression of a real professional company
