Did a great job to my laptop that I use for my media business. Cheap, realiable, and followed though after my repair with extra support via phone advice and a remote connection thing wer they fixed my printer issues over the internet

After updating to windows 10 iv had nothing but problems, I tried other places but I just ended up in the same situation, I went to this shop and they got it working how I wanted and even took the time to show me at my home where I was going wrong. They even removed viruses and proved to me what I had and explained how I got them, and advised me how to stop or reduce my chance of getting them. Im happy and very grateful.

I had an issue with the sewing, embroidery and printing machines in my office, at first i called to the shop at the bottom of the ramp and they wouldn't entertain me, then i went to platinum computers in lister street and they charged me £25 to tell me that they couldn't do anything

my dad used to use a shop in church street, so i drove down church street only to find these guys had moved directly next door in the old HSBC bank, i told the guy behind the counter my issue and he advised me to call him from my office and he would fix my issue over the internet remotely.

i took him less than five minutes to resolve and the guy was so patien with me in educating me on how to do ashared connection

They didnt even charge me all he asked was that i dropped some buscuts off for the staff, and i did, but i also left a tip... i could thank this business enough

A day after picking my computer up a 5-star review appeared in my name for Kingfisher Computers. This was done without my knowledge or permission. I do not trust my data have been kept safely.

I have spent several hours changing my passwords and account details. The reasons they gave for this were extremely unconvincing and didn't make sense. I looked up my history and it was clear they had searched for the shop and then written a review using my account.

Subsequently, they have accused me of false allegations with regards to a successful court action I took against a plasterer. Furthermore, they have accused me of trying to "hold them to ransom" when I just wanted an apology and an assurance that it would not happen again.

I intended to report them to the information commission but due to illness have been unable to.

They have been a nightmare to deal with. I would never use them again.

Update: 4 years later they responded to my review with the comment below. Obviously, it speaks to their professionalism.

The company was amazing! Darren managed to recover my assignment in time for my deadline and literally saved me from failing third year of university. He also makes sure you are satisfied and is great value for money too :)

i found these guys on the internet, at first i noticed that the website wasn't completed, but never the less, it looked like they where a competent company, therefore i tried this business out, and in fairness i wouldn't be happier, they did an amazing job to my iphone and apple macbook pro, when apple told me to replace. i left with a smile. the staff where very friendly and chatty and couldn't do enough for me

The staff helped me out a lot and done what I wanted for a very cheap price, great shop!

i couldn't be happier, i called kingfisher to move my virgin media modem, tv and router as the wife wasn't happy where the tv was in the house, i tried doing it my self but made a complete mess up with it and got it even more in the ear, i called these guys and had my problem resolved within 30 minutes. couldn't be happier

don't know what I would do without the guys at kingfisher computers, as I'm a complete technophobe I'm always getting into a mess on my computer. I mean I just go shopping online and general web searches but I always seem to get naked women and other obscene things pop up on my computer. I always go to see the lads down church street and they always put it right for me. They have actually taught me how to fix my self but id rathe see their smiling faces.

i couldnt be happier, i searched the internet and found this company, kingfisher computers based in hartlepool, give them a call, but ironically a freind had previously reccomened them but it slipped my mind, so even more so to try this compnay after reading all the great reviews.

iv got to say, they came reccomended and i would without hesisitation reccomend them to others, thankyou darren and the team at kingfisher

We have used kingfisher for nearly ten years now, at the Golden Lion, Hartlepool.
They have always provided the very best in IT Support for our company.

They have resolved so many issues for us in that ten year providing for us, from sage accounts to sage payroll, to other day to day issues that we may have in our office in the past. At least we know with kingfisher if its done at all its done right.

They even set up our CCTV, juke box and WiFi in the bar/restaurant for our customers. We couldn't be happier.

i had several issues with my company laptp, pc and network, i called kingfisher and they resolved all my issue's and saved me soooo much time, especially after spending hours on the phone to bt, with my internet issues, kingfisher came out identified the issue and had me back online in 30minutes, now all my systems work perfect, im back on the internet, so my online shop is back working and i can watch my business from home with my cctv...... fantastic

my google chrome book was hacked, i took my laptop to kingfisher and they fixed it and give me good advice. THANKS

Repaired what i thought was à lost cause broken laptop. Didnt confuse me with techno terms and jargon. Freindly staff great service. Reconmended
