The doctor I saw was excellent, he took time to explain everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.

The experience was brilliant. So speedy and efficient. The Consultant Mr Cusick was very friendly and professional. He took a real interest in my case and he explained everything thoroughly.After meeting him, I have total faith in him.

I was very impressed with the kindness and care shown by the staff also how quick the process took of changing my wound plaster. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of building and how bright it was. My only gripe would be the length I had to walk from the car to the front entrance, but I managed!

Punctuality, thorough testing and explanation of the current state of the recovery of my eyes after my cataract operation.

Lovely building. No waiting, mr Mayne was wonderful. He knew his stuff and was able to look up all my tests. He explained everything very well and listened to me.
I had some questions re where I go for here, Kingsbridge took 50mins to answer my call. I was told I had to wait for doctor’s letter before they can advise me on how to book another speciality as recommended.

Fantastic as always first class start to finish Bus service, speed of getting seen, then my consultant Mr Michael McMullan absolute gentleman explains everything in full and very clear on instructions pre op and post op couldn’t recommend him high enough

It's all extremely well coordinated. From the minute you speak to reception you're taken in for your x-ray and immediately after your consultant calls you in. Everyone is very polite and there's a feeling of calmness .

When I rang to make an appointment I wasn't sure which Consultant I needed to see but the receptionist was very helpful and was quickly able to direct me to the right Consultant.
On the day of my appointment I used the shuttle bus from and back to the Kings Hall carpark. The bus rang frequently so there was no long wait for the service.
I was called for my appointment on time. Refreshments were available in the waiting area and were free.

Doctor K was so gentle in his manner and explained everything clearly
Pearce Kennedy the 1-1 was equally nice in his manner … clear instructions about my forthcoming procedure … delivered with confidence and reassurance.

Everything from the start of my journey starting back in June until August with Kingsbridge Private Hospital was just amazing,the doctors,nurses and all the staff,were fantastic people.

From meeting the surgeon and he went through the whole operation with me as in what way the knee is replaced and recovery time.
The one to one meeting with pearse was top notch as he explained everything about the way it works with the HSE and had 95% of the forms filled in for me .

Everybody was most helpful in all Departments particularly Dr John McCaffrey in the Pre Op Assessment and Pearce in the One to One.
