Not an easy Job to do, and they handled the project with speed and performance at a really good Price. You won't go wrong with this family Business.

Great job done by Kingston Preservation to sort the Damp in our Flat in Musselburgh. We marketed the flat, but there was a smell of Damp in the property. Kingston did a survey and gave us a really comprehensive report and a good Price. We went with Kingston, and great job done. We will definitely use this company again.

We saw the Kingston Preservation Sign outside Tynecastle Stadium at the old School. We called them to sort our Damp out. Great Company, nice people, highly recommended.

We got 5 quotes to remedy the Dry Rot we found in our Property, ranging from £55k to £5k. That was the quote from Kingston Preservation, who I have to say did a great job. Big Thank you to Cameron, Daniel, and Stuart at Kingston Preservation --a no-brainer for us.

I actually got another company in to look at my floor which appeared to have rot in the floor they quoted my 5k to fix it. I though it would be Wise to get a second quote Stuart from Kingston Preservation came to my house and pointed out to me that I had a concrete floor with plywood over fitted. I was Wise and I went back to the company who charged me 150 pounds for the report. Wisely they returned my money and said the so called surveyor was gong on holiday and was very busy and a mistake was made. Kingston did the job for 300 pounds this industry is full of big companies ripping folks off do your self a favor and get a quote from Kingston Preservation that's the Wise choice I'd give you.

Big thank you to Stuart and his team at Kingston Preservation our papa was diagnosed with terminal Cancer we needed to deal with the damp n his room noy only did Kingston sort and Damp the also Installed under floor heating into his room. And the cats loved Stuart which was rare anyway it was nice that Stuart and his Team at Kingston looked after us big thank you to all the Kingston Team.

We contacted Kingston Preservation to get a quote to fix the dampness problems we had in our Basement. They attended promptly and supplied us a report and a good price. The workmen arrived at agreed times and days and carried out the repairs they tided up completely on completion of the job and gave us a dry Basement we were very happy with the end result and would recommend this company for any Damp problems you may have.

We got 3 quotes to fix the severe dump problems we had in the basement of our new property Kingston were half the price of the other 2 quotes. We proceeded with the works which went perfectly job done no fuss at a great price big thanks to the team who did the job Ricky Daniel Cameron and John the plasterer great job guys we would highly recommend Kingston Preservation to family and friends alike.

We initially got Preservation to sort our Dampness in our house in Gullane not only did they sort our damp they they also fitted a new kitchen and converted our bathroom plastered our entire house and fitted a roof window all at a really good price I have to say that really did a fantastic job I hope you enjoy the bottle I gave you Stuart great job to the Kingston Team.

We instructed Kingston to waterproof and dry line our under stair cupboard to utilize a damp area into dry storage space. They did a nice job neat and tidy turned up when they said they would and completed the job to a high standard. Very impressive and would use this company again.

A Brilliant job done by Kingston Preservation. I was expecting my house to resemble a building site however the job from beginning to end was very professional and clean .It has been very easy to deal with Kingston Preservation very stress free I would definitely recommend Them .

All works were carried out to an excellent standard, the job ran smoothly, and I was kept up to date with the progress at all times.

Thank you to Stuart and his two boys, Cameron and Daniel, for sorting the damp in my property. It was not easy as I have white carpets, and they managed to fix the damp in my bedroom, hall, and hall cupboard without shoes on. I have them now fitting a new kitchen for me. Stuart owes me thousands of pounds because both cellars he converted for me are damp and unusable and for the past 3 yrs he’s ignored requests to repair them He took my money and didn’t deliver on his contract and couldn’t care less. He’s unreliable and untrustworthy if things go wrong. Avoid!

I needed to convert our under street cellar in Gayfield Square into dry storage space as we really need extra space. We got Kingston to undertake the project as there quite was good and they showed us several cellars they we are currently working on before we want ahead with the job. The job was done in one week to a very high standard of workmanship and at a fair price a job well done.

Our outbuilding below our balcony of our new build in Portobello needed waterproofed and transformed into dry usable space we got several quotes we decided to go with Kingston as our friend had used them before and there price was competitive. The job was completed to a really quality finish would use there services again.
