Sample item sent very promptly. Responded to my email queries with a phone call and talked me through the issues with helpful advice. Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful, good communications and will sort out problems/issue, replacements sent out well packaged. But would have helped tremendously if they had originally sent the order of tiles 'well packed' in the first place, it would have meant I wouldn't have to go through replacement procedure.

I have been looking for bathroom tiles…
I have been looking for nice bathroom tiles for 9 months. I ordered some samples at first which where the best tile I had seen! Placed my order with free delivery and I am delighted. I am that impressed I will be ordering my kitchen tiles from here too... good quality and price.....would highly recommend!!!!!!
