I have just received my overalls and they are by far the worst quality piece of clothing I have ever purchased. They appear in the picture to be patterned and woven, the material of these I can only alike to a tent rainfly. Even the pattern is ugly and unlike the picture. Cheap. Thin. Awful. The guise of a Hawaiian boutique as a cover for a cheap Chinese production facility is PREDATORY. The cost to return them to CHINA will likely cancel out my efforts in receiving any money back for this terrible item of clothing.

I ordered 3 jumpsuits on kismet and I’m just thrilled with them. They are the most comfortable things I’ve ever worn and I receive compliments on them every time I leave the house. I made the mistake of not reading the sizing on one pair but the folks at kismet we’re beyond helpful. They did everything they could to get me the correct size and were so kind along the way. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company and recommending it to friends!

Excellent customer service. Very kind and quick. Also my order arrived sooner than i expected . I highly recommended it.

Very positive online shopping experience. Available ordered goods were shipped immediately, and when it came out that one item had gone out of stock I received immediate info and they did their best to accomplish with my requests, as I asked to get a refound and it was agreed almost immediately. I ordered for myself and my daughter. Once the order was complete my daughter changed her mind about one of the garments. Customer Service was on top of ANY request I had. The product was as expected, with the exception of the clothes running smaller than anticipated (as with any vendor sizing is difficult to guage). The shipping took a little bit longer than initially expected, however in the conformation email our expectations were set as to when we would receive our merchandise. One garment came within a few days of placing the order and everything else arrived before the delivery range given in the conformation email. We will be ordering again!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I’m not too enthusiastic about the products I ordered, mainly the way they fit because the materials were fine. The delivery was fast though and the customer service was even faster and very friendly and helpful.

Poor quality, the fabric is super cheap and thing, the stitching is unfinished. The return policy is terrible, basically there is no option to return. This is a cheap company manufacturing poorly made cheap product from China that tries to appear authentic. The products come directly from China (and take forever!), there is no quality control check. The sizing seems odd, still no idea what the measurements posted are referring to, garment or human??? Wish I had done my research.

This site has great products, but what really impressed me was the customer service. I emailed and received the fastest responses, I was met with kindness, clarity, and appreciation. This company does customer service so well!

I wasn't too happy with a product I recently purchased. So, I decided to contact the customer service department for help. I was blown away with their quick response and their compassion to my issue. I was able to obtain a store credit. I will be purchasing something else I had my eyes on :)

Can't fault the customer service, their politeness, prompt to reply to emails and helpful. I had a sizing query which was solved quickly and easily.

Ordered a pair of overalls From Facebook on sale and they came within 2-3 weeks. I was so used to amazon prime that it felt like forever, but I think I was just anxious to try them on. The pant legs were longer than I had thought and when I looked back at the product the model had them rolled up. Other than that, the sizing chart was spot on. I’m really happy with my new overalls and would definitely buy from Kismet again.

I made my first purchase from Kismet with several items and love them all! I had a sizing issue with one pair of pants, and they offered to either replace or refunded me promptly. I'm very pleased!

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I'm not sure about the source of some products - one item I saw on amazon by a different company a few days after I bought it.

I have been shopping with Kismet Collections for awhile now and every experience has been lovely! The clothes are beautiful, the sizing is always spot on, and each piece of clothing is unique! Recently, an article of clothing ran out of stock that I orderered and Customer Service took care of it right away, with clear concern and care for their customers. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience with solving the problem! I love shopping at this store and I can’t wait for my new items to arrive!

I have never dealt with such bad customer service from an online clothing store. I have been dealing with issues with them for three weeks as they had charged me for overalls that were not in stock and then refused to get back to me. Every time I get a new email it is a different person responding who refuses to read the email chain and I have to start all over with my complaints. Do not buy from them

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company, I now own four pairs of dungarees from them and love them, they wear well and wash perfectly. The customer service I've recieved is possible the best I've ever had, fat communication and genuine people. Thank you ♥️

I am in love Kismet Collections! I’ve had several items from there now and have a couple more on the way currently. The sizing is absolutely spot on, and the clothes are lovely to wear. I always get great comments when I wear anything from Kismet Collections. The different clothes are all so pretty too! If I had the money, I would genuinely buy everything on the website! It’s so nice to see some different clothes out there!

Unfortunately, although the AUS currency was selected, I was still charged US dollar prices and an international transfer fee on top of that. One of the overalls I received had stitching on the pocket unfinished (so a corner is dangling off) and overall the thin cotton of the AVA overalls is very poor quality. The Hippie Casual is a slightly better material but button holes are not stitched/finished properly, so will fray soon. There are better options for basics than this brand. I would steer clear.

I will start with the fact that the ship times are slow. That said, they do let you know up front that it will take some time. Worth the wait! I love my new overalls! They are very comfy and can be dressed up or down with different pairings. Love!
