I really liked the products I have ordered, they ware exactly as I imagined and hoped for both quality and design wise.
Due to an accidental mistake during the sewing process I had to contact customer services in connection with my last purchase. The service I received was excellent:
a lot of patience with my technical problems, solution orientated and with a very good compensation policy.

Although I didn’t get the items I ordered due to them being lost in shipment, the support team was very helpful and quick to respond. They gave me a full refund of my purchase and were extremely nice! Hope my next order works out better!

The clothes themselves that I received were terrible but customer service was amazing. The people were very helpful and refunded me immediately,! Definitely will try the clothes again because why not. If they don’t work your not out any money besides shipping which you can usually get a coupon that takes it off

Received my order and the earrings were broken and a button off of the overalls. I emailed the company and they are sending replacements! The products are so cute and comfy, I’m so excited to get the replacements so I can wear them!

I ordered a product a while back and later received an email that it had been delivered to the wrong address, in another state. I mailed and FB messaged the company. The emails came back as undeliverable, which didn't help the scam suspicions. Later, I received automated email responses and then a real person FB message response. They owned the mistake, made it right and were very apologetic. My first experience with Kismet Collections was less than desirable, however after this, I feel they are indeed a reputable company and value customer service. I do hope whoever it was in that other state that received my order enjoys them as much as I will when I receive my order. Customer service is everything in the success of a business, and Kismet Collections is doing it right. Thank you to Kismet C for being so helpful and amazing with managing this mishap.

Very pleased with this company. When I received my order, it was the wrong size. I contacted them and they quickly responded. After sending photos of the item, they placed an order for the correct size and I don't even have to return the original. Be patient with the shipping as my particular item came from Asia (not sure if everything does).

Lovely store! :) I've shopped in person and online. I love their message and their staff are incredible. I had an item break upon opening the package and I sent their customer service an email. They offered to ship a new one out ASAP and responded SO quick and kindly! You can tell they really care and are invested. I totally recommend!

I order an overall from Kismet. It arrives in reasonable time but there was a size issue. I contacted Kismet with one email and the problem is resolved quickly and promptly. As long as people order online, there will be unforeseen problems but a good company is one that listens to the customers and help them solve problems. I am impressed how quickly Kismet takes care of me. I would recommend Kismet to other people.

This company has incredible costumer service. I didn’t like an item and they worked with me to find a solution that was appropriate for both parties. They were quick to respond and sincere in how they offered apologies and solutions. I will continue to shop with them and I can’t wait I watch them grow as a business that provides unique items and great customer service.

I don't trust many online shops to follow through on quality or customer service, but honestly Kismet is worth it. I find the quality to be acceptable for the price, and their customer service is solid. I had an issue with my order and within 20 minutes had a new item being processed to ship as a replacement, without having to even send my item back.

I love this store! Ordered the cutest overalls and they arrived so fast. Ended up ordering a second pair for my BFF. Their prices are excellent and customer service is super responsive and friendly. I’ll be back!

Really nice staff members! My package unfortunately got lost in the mail (not the companies fault) and they were quick to reply to all my emails and made sure I got refunded for my lost package. 10/10 would recommend this shop, they have really cute clothes and amazing customer service.

ok... so i was really upset but their customer service is great, they cancelled the item i bought for everyone and are refunding me.

I needed to exchange an item that I ordered and received prompt and courteous help from their customer service department! It is clear that Kismet values their customers and as a consumer that's incredibly important to me. The quality of the items I received was very good, and while the shipping does take a while they are very upfront about the expected wait times. Transparency and communication go a long way, and I will be shopping here again!

All of the clothes on the store come from aliexpress , so although the clothes are nice they are a fraction of the price on there so I highly recommend going there to get them. I have just recently found out about drop shipping stores and the concept I don’t think is bad however some of the prices they apply to these items are four times the price of what you can get on aliexpress and that I feel is shameful and very deceitful. I bought a part of trousers (homey striped pants) off kismet collections for £28.00 and you can get the for £8.00 on aliexpress with free shipping. Do not buy from this website.

Couldn't be happier with Kismet Collections! I ordered three items which shipped separately. 2/3 of my order came early, but the last item unfortunately got lost in transit. When I reached out to Kismet about this they were more than eager to make the situation right. I didn't have to ask for a single thing. These guys really do value the customer. I will shop here in the future and encourage my friends to shop here as well!

Great communication and nice people. I ordered a size too small in a dress and they worked/communicated great to help me fix the order. While the dress was too small it was of high quality and arrived in good timing. I would order from this site again
